Already emailed you over our recent stay but no reply as of yet. Have stayed every Christmas since 2025 and 3 times this year But. As of a last minute phone call from you we agreed to change from our booked Brontë lodge to lodge 58 as we had requested an enclosed garden for our 2 dogs which lodge 58 we were assured did have it did But The showers were well below standard. One ran cold and in the other bathroom the shower was so fragile as to feel it was going to come away from the wall. This despite the plumber being brought in to I think fix a part in the boiler. We had not requested this in which was a second day so obviously there had been an issue before Also. The bath in the bedroom on coming to use it on our last night the taps did not turn all We did notice that the Brontë lodges had no guests and one of these does have the enclosed garden Do not expect special treatment as regular guests but this visit hss been well below standard.

We love Ribblesdale and come every year. The lodge was beautiful and had everything we needed. However the garden had a fence down and a large gap at another side, this made it not dog friendly, however somebody did come straight out and tie the fence back together. We ate in hindilinis twice and we feel the service is not as good as it used to be, we waited over 30 mins for the dessert menu. We also said the fish was very stodgy and wet, all we got was sorry.Saying this we will still return as it is a lovely place

I’ve stayed at Ribblesdale Park on multiple occasions & thought last time that the lodges looked tired & needed attention but was disappointed to note that over a year since my last visit they remain untouched. We stayed in a Knightley Lodge & it was in real need of overhaul. The lighting over the hot tub was broken/missing & the lid was scruffy/torn. There were cobwebs in the bedroom & damage to the bath was badly covered over with poly filler. The outside garden area at the back is overgrown/untended & needs tidying up. Part of the fence was down & a fresh lick of paint to wooden exterior would really smarten all the lodges up. I could go on but I think you catch my drift. Whilst the cost of staying at the park is reasonable the fact it needs renovation means it has lost its appeal. We would only return if/when that has happened. Given the onsite restaurant (Hindelinis) remains so good (food is nice / interior smart & welcoming) it’s a shame the accommodation is looking so shabby.

No doubt this establishment is head & shoulders above many others, nothing is ever perfect, but this Park is kept in excellent maintained condition, the lodges were clean to a very high standard, A very good on site food offer when requiredWith attentive staff, Perhaps a little booklet on all local attractions and various villages and places to go locally may be a thought,But overall, a pleasant stayDefinitely would recommend it,

From first sight of the Park to sadly leaving, we had a ball!We were celebrating two Birthdays, the lodge was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable....as the weather was cold the evening dips in the hot tub certainly warmed us up .!All the staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂 and the facilities excellent. The area has lots of locations to visit, including walking Pendle Hill, with some lovely local pubs.We will certainly return.
