Welcome to Gisburne Park Estate, one of Lancashire’s finest private estates, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. A 1000 acres of picturesque Ribble Valley countryside, owned and managed by Amber and Guy Hindley and family. Nestled within the Estate is Ribblesdale Park, the North of England’s leading hot tub holiday destination. A collection of contemporary lodges, historic houses, cosy cottages or glorious glamping.
Coot Cottage is now fully refurbished and open as a holiday cottage. Situated on the edge of Ribblesdale Park and a stone throw away from our all day restaurant Hindelinis. It oozes all the charm and character you would expect from a listed country cottage; oak beams, asymmetrical walls, log burners, creaky floor boards and a large sumptuous hot tub.
Coot Cottage features two double bedrooms with a small single guest room (child), a master bathroom (upstairs) as well as a downstairs toilet and shower too.
The cottage also has an open floor plan for the kitchen/dining area and a lounge with a wood burning fire. This cottage is fully equipped for a top quality self-catering family holiday.

We have stayed in a lodge and recently a cottage, both with hot tub which was main attraction. Also able to take dogs so thats a bonus. Lovely walk around the park. Kids used the outdoor pool but that was tricky to access. No one around to give us code to get in 1st time, next time a man in a van let my husband and daughter in then sat and watched them which was a bit awkward. Overall the venue was really good, bar/restaurant on site who do take away.

Wow, what a beautiful stay we had at Coot Cottage!! This was our second getaway at Ribblesdale Park. Everything was perfect, from the cottage itself (and all the little added extras), to the restaurant and the stunning grounds. We had the best couple of days relaxing in the hot tub and walking around the park. We can't wait to stay again.

Stayed in Coot Cottage Wednesday 16th Oct to Friday 18th Oct and didn’t disappoint. We’ve been to Ribblesdale twice before and stayed in the lodges but this time it was Coot Cottage. Well impressed from as soon as we arrived at the front door. Very clean nice surprise of bottle of Champagne waiting for us, me & hubby celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary on the 17th so this was a nice surprise. The rooms in the cottage were immaculate couldn’t fault anything. Hot tub was amazing, clean no issues. Restaurant was lovely had evening meal once and breakfast on the morning before we left and what a breakfast that was. All staff we saw or spoke to were friendly, nothing too much trouble. We did eat at the White Bull on our anniversary and that pub is definitely worth a visit food lovely. Skipton is definitely worth a visit love that place, and a visit to the famous Pie Shop 😀Will definitely be returning to Ribblesdale Park 100% Lovely few days away, thank you Ribblesdale

This was our second visit to RB Park. The 1st time we stayed in a lodge and although was a fantastic trip it did need some aesthetic updating. This time we stayed in Coot Cottage and wow what an amazing place. We paid the sane as for the Lodge and it was absolutely brilliant. So cute, absolutely spotless and just perfect for our 1st little fanily trip with our new baby. There were a couple of elements that we felt were missing such as kettle, more kindling, no welcome book but these were very minor and didnt affect our stay at all.We will definitely stay again and plan to make it an annual trip, trying out all the different accommodations available

I’ve visited many times over the years and I’ve kept going back of how much I enjoy the surroundings, and the family that own the park have always been involve and set such high standards, However, this time we had an incident with An infestation of midges in the cottage we were staying in,and had not been told how to contact anyone out of hours. Having to stay in the property when it was infested was very stressful and uncomfortable, the next day we were moved however it was not till lunchtime that we Managed to sort out our belongings and clean them before entering the new property so half of our time for our short stay was wasted. Even though the management are aware of the situation and I emailed Numerous times. I’ve had no further communication or follow-up from them regarding this incident and our stay. I’m thankful that I didn’t have the dog with us. Because that would’ve been added pressure on the situation that fist night.I feel that The management are not as invested as t
