Our 2-night stay at Ribblesdale Park started well. The location and accommodation were excellent, and our first night's meal was very nice. However, the service on our second evening completely ruined the experience. Having our son travel over to join us, I asked at the bar about booking a table. I was told the restaurant was full but explicitly advised we could eat outside at 6pm.When we turned up at 6pm, I ordered a round of drinks and asked for a menu. I was shocked to be told they weren't serving food due to a large booking of 20 people. When I explained I was told 6pm was fine, the staff simply replied, "The chef is too busy."To be left stranded at dinner time, drinks in hand in a remote location, is unacceptable. We had to drive 10 miles away to find food. Because of this awful customer service, we will not be returning.

It was a beautiful lodge and setting. We loved seeing the peacocks around the park. The hot tub and jacuzzi bath were a lovely treat. The bar staff were very friendly. It was such a shame that the lodge we stayed in had string smells of stale dog wee on the sofa and rug/carpet. So we couldn't sit on one sofa and had to roll up the rug. We would love to return but not in that lodge no. 46

The is our second visit , we had a smaller lodge this year but it was still beautiful. We avoided Hindlinis last year as a couple of times the service was shocking. This year there were lots more staff and we ate / drank there most days. We didn’t use the pool this year as the weather wasn’t good but we loved the hot tub and the men came to maintain it most days.

We had a wonderful stay with only a few minor issues, the WiFi signal at the lodge was very intermittent, there was no proper drainage around the hot tub so the garden area was just muck so unable to sit out.

The lodge was cosy and clean on arrival and we were able to check in early. The hot tub was clean and ready for use. The lodge itself is well equipped, lots of towels, kitchen wear etc. The garden was not full enclosed and the peacocks often came in so be mindful if you are taking a dog. The onsite restaurant did great breakfasts. The local village pub (dog friendly) does lovely food and the little Italian is worth a visit. Both just a 10 minute walk away over the fields. Great location, with lots of walks and places to visit nearby.

We stayed in a lodge from 19th September for 7 days. This was our 3rd visit to Ribblesdale park Ref number 9358481. The site had a power cut from 10am till around 5pm on the 23rd of September. I understand this was not within your control however we were disappointed that no one from the staff called or emailed to keep us updated. I called 3 times for updates. We had planned a day at the lodge on Tuesday to celebrate 30 year anniversary but had to cancel plans due to power cut. We will be returning next year and would really appreciate some discount off next year's booking as compensation for the power outage as we couldn't use any of the facilities that day. Our stay was excellent apart from that hiccup. We ate in the restaurant a few times and were really impressed by the standard of food and the calm efficient atmosphere in the open kitchen. Well done to the chef and his team. The Bronte lodge was perfect and we will return to it. One improvement would be better WiFi as it

We had glorious weather ! Lodge and hot tub were amazing - had a massage in the lodge the woman came to the lodge to do this. Gorgeous walks round the site too, very picturesque and pram friendly for us. Shame we didn’t see the deer but they are wild so can’t be helped. Nice restaurant on site too!

This must be the 8-9th time I’ve stayed at Ribblesdale Park, I absolutely love it, it’s such a peaceful place in the most beautiful surroundings. It’s perfect for a quiet little get away with friends or my husband when you just want some much needed time to catch up and unwind in nature. I’ve stayed in different lodges and some of the cottage's too and love the decor and the facilities, it’s like home from home. Lovely quality bedding and towels too! Restaurant is always on point with the menu, everyone who works there has always been really friendly. 10/10
