We had 3 children age 2,11 & 15 who were occupied the whole time. Great place and the staff were super friendly. Food was really good.

we had the best time ever the staff were so helpful everything was spotless clean the lake was open we swim in it every day food in the restaurant was amazing couldn't fault one thing playground was brilliant for all ages we will definitely be back 🙌

Unfortunately we were located in the cabin du de sac surrounded by a party that included 6 other families who all had booked together. We felt overwhelmed with the noise and at times intimidated. Granted the people were not bold or rude just completely oblivious to the fact that we were sandwiched in between at least 30 other people who were socialising all day/night. It did get louder, much louder in the evening. Not the peaceful family holiday we expected. On the plus side - plenty of activities. Staff were pleasant and helpful and food in the restaurant was really good value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay as our first camping style getaway with the family. I tried to book the same glamping pod again for next year but unfortunately the rep said bookings for the following year don't open until August. It would be nice if you were offered the opportunity to rebook while you are onsite.The electrical sockets in our pod would buzz quite a bit and the socket itself was slightly loose so that's something that needs to be looked at asap. Other than that, the accommodation was perfect, maybe have a few travel cots available for families. Kids absolutely loved the camping area, they made friends and it felt safe at all times.The Lake house restaurant was very nice to break up the day for some food or a pint. It was extremely affordable, some of the most affordable food and drink you'll find anywhere in this current climate!! Service could be faster but it didn't really put us out.Amazing stay, wish we could have booked the same spot again for next year.

Brilliant trip, 3 nights but would have stayed another week. Facilities and staff were all top class

The staff were really nice and our loft cabin was very clean and comfortable, I liked the decor inside also. There are plenty of activities for all the Family, although I’d like if the kayak lake was bigger and life jackets cleaner. That’s the only negative I have. The food was nice in the onsite restaurant, we ate once and there’s a good choice of dishes.

Great resort, lots to see and do. Staff seemed a little disinterested at times and even my kids said they look like they don't want to be here🤭. But we loved our few days in a lodge and will definitely be back. Loft house was small but comfortable and very clean.

Love hidden valley we are coming here for a few yeats ,great for the kids ...the only problen i had thay it was very warm and the shop or the chipper only had small tubs of maxi twist no other icepops

5* site, spotless, Loft House glamping lodge was spotless, loads of room for our short stay as my kids are not particularly keen on camping in tents, site attractions where great, bar and restaurant spacious and food choice was great and great value for money. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Took a short drive up to the village also and there is a choice of pubs and small coffee shops.Perhaps having evening times for the Aqua park for customers arriving later in the afternoons/Evening would be an added bonus to the site.
