We stayed in hidden valley a Saturday in Sept with our young family. Despite the website saying you could book activities on arrival for people staying there was very little to book. The climbing wall finished @ 1, arts and crafts @ 11 and bo water park. I understand its considered off season but can't understand how they did not have this clearly stated on site. What was avail was OK but they really don't make it easy to book things at the site. The wrist bands only cover a few activities and they didn't seem capable of adapting to demand and weather. It was totally dead on site by 11am Sunday. That said you could see such potential. A little tlc from a manager could go a long way.We glamped and the cabins for us were basic but functional and what we had expected.

Hidden Valley is an excellent family getaway. Couldn't recommend it more. Myself and the family have been paying a visit there for the last number of years and it's always a treat. Started off camping with my eldest and progressed to staying in the mini lodges with the whole family. Great location, amenities, staff - the whole package. Two thumbs and toes up from me.

We have been going to hidden valley for well over 10 years now and it's always an enjoyable stay. From the beautiful surroundings to the lovely accommodation and all of the great fun activities on site Hidden Valley is a must for a family holiday. This year we invited friends to join us it was their first visit and they had a brilliant time as well.

We stayed in the camping lodge which is overpriced considering that you get no bedding and no private toilet. We were also disappointed to see that they charge extra at every opportunity including having a shower (1 euro for 6 minute shower) and also to use the cooking hob. Those basic facilities should be included in the cost of accomodation. There was also a poisoned rat staggering around our garden during the daytime. We went to the treetop walk which was really scenic but, again, they ruin the experience by the constant charging - 5 euro to park the car, 38 euro family pass to do the walk and 2 euro each to go down the slide.
