Lodge was nice, comfy beds, clean and had all the basics we needed. Activities good value and run well. Although a shame about some behaviour and language from some families/tedns.We brought disposable bbqs and were mostly self sufficient so only had the odd takeaway coffee/icecream and snack shack which was good value. Staff were mostly friendly except for grumpy guy behind Lakehouse bar.I would suggest that use of bikes is monitored or stopped on site as a lot of kids were cycling around far too fast and carelessly, almost run over a few times. But overall good glamping experience with the kids, they had great fun

It was a lovely place great for the kids but the service was very poor we waited nearly an hour for two burgers then for our lunch in the restaurant it was the same when we were told twenty min it took so much longer and the kids were starving there was people leaving .. the outside golf was good fun but wasn't very clean the kids balls went in the water and the dirt of the water was awful .. but other than that we did have a nice enjoyable time

The lodges exceeded my expectations, they were very clean and were close to all the activities. The Kids had great fun at the activities but it was pricey and there wasn’t alot for adults to do other than have a pint.

Hidden Valley was a great place to stay, maybe a bit strict on children having to be inside the caravan by 11. It would be important to have more information about what is considered as wheelchair accessible cabins. There is no access to the bathroom in the cabin although there is accessible bathrooms on the site. The bed down stairs is very low with very little room for a wheelchair for transfers

I travelled with a group of friends and our children and we stayed in the Boutique lodges. Lodges were clean and comfortable and well appointed with kitchenware. As we planned to cook breakfast and lunch I brought my air fryer which was very handy as lodges only have microwave and toaster. We got taken out from the restaurant for dinner. Loads to do onsite and we barely scratched the surface with the two nights/three days there. All activities are payable but the River (which is obviously free) was the big hit. Only recommendation I’d have for the lodges is to add a washing line so swimming gear and wetsuits can be hung ti dry.

Facilities are great, however the checkin time of 4pm is unacceptable, especially if you are staying for 1 night. Waiting to checkin to fully settle in, takes away for nearly a full day of your stay.Sitting around waiting for cleaners to drop keys back is not an streamlines approach to customer satisfaction.

This was our second visit here and is a lovely park. I would recommend to families with young children. My children are 8, 11 and 14 and I feel it was a little too young for them this time. My youngest enjoyed it the most. The inflatable park in the pond was a great hit with all of us but is expensive. Stayed in a boutique lodge, lovely and clean and plenty of space. Staff all v friendly.
