Was very impressed with Hidden Valley . We stayed in a boutique lodge and was very clean on arrival. We were a family of 1 adult and 4 children aged 10,12, 14 & 15.Very Friendly Staff and a very warm welcome. We didn't have great weather which is nobody's fault and it was end of season so that was great with regards to queues . We went to the lodge restaurant on both nights - service was prompt and we had a mix of food.Because it was end of season some activities were restricted as numbers were down due to end of seasonOverall a very pleasant trip and would highly recommend it to friends for a good family trip

Love this place, such fantastic faciliites and activities onsite. Its our 3rd time visiting. Great to see re-investment and we cant wait to visit in 2027. We have always stayed in the boutique lodges which are perfect for our family. I have no issue bringing our bedding etc. We would love to stay for longer but at 275 a night it can get expensive so I am hoping it wont get much higher for 27 as Ive promised the kids were staying for longer next time! The restaurant (which we have always loved) was a let down this year in the waiting time, 1 child got his kids meal after 10 -15 mins after ordering the other child had to wait 45 mins, ( we waited 50 mins) we ended up buying her crisps to keep her going, it was dissapointing, we did raise it with staff a couple of times and we were told we were next meanwhile tables that came in with us and after us were served and left. So that was the only issue. The food itself was lovely, and the value for money was good, it was just the wait time

2 and a half hour easy journey from home to Hidden Valley with so much to do on site and nearby. I've stayed several times in a motorhome and more recently in the Boutique Lodge. The site is clean and tidy, well maintained and facilities are excellent. The activities are suitable for all the family from youngsters to older teenagers. The Lodge itself is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Nearby in Rathdrum there are shops and pubs as well as other activities like Avondale forest treetop walk which is worth a visit. Staff at hidden valley were very welcoming and helpful.

Had an excellent stay here . Can't fault the place. Just would like an earlier check-in*2pm so you cam unpack, set beds , put food into fridge etc. Would like to see a separate q for icecream and soft drinks instead of having to q for ages with people ordering food. Park is spotless as is accommodation. We'll def return next summer.

Great setting and atmosphere for family fun and connection. I love our trips here, the only improvement I would make is having a few more activities available when the weather isn’t great such as indoor snooker tables. Also activities are booked up very far in advance so even an email reminder to book activities a few weeks before the trip would help. Thanks

While the overall stay was excellent, because there were day trippers, the aqua park and the tubing were completely booked out for our stay. We had to travel to another park to do these activities which was disappointing

My family had an amazing experience in the park. The staff was very friendly and patient with my little boy, especially Katie.

Lodge was nice and lots of activities for kids. Nothing opened until 9am though. It would have been good to be able to buy a coffee from 8am.
