Beside The Top fishing pond, this cosy, rustic glamping retreat is designed for those who crave simplicity, comfort, and a slower pace of life. Whether you're a couple seeking a romantic escape, a solo traveller in search of stillness, family or friends reconnecting with nature.

Wake up to birdsong, sip coffee on your private decking as the morning sun rises and enjoy the company of our funny ducks and the occasional visit from the lake’s gigantic carp when they come to say hello. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a snug and comfortable stay, including a double bed (with the option to add a third guest with the sofa bed), fresh bedding per each stay, and a kettle for your morning brew.

Step outside to your own private terrace overlooking the lake - a space for your morning coffee, read a book in the fresh air, or even enjoy a bit of fishing (with a licence). In the evenings, it’s the perfect spot for alfresco dining or stargazing under Suffolk’s skies.

And when you're ready to explore, you're just a 10-minute walk from the heart of Clare - a beautifully preserved medieval market town steeped in history and full of character. Take a stroll through the medieval Town and discover independent shops, cosy cafés, the ruins of Clare Castle, and the old Victorian railway buildings. You'll also find Clare’s traditional country pubs, perfect for a hearty lunch or a relaxed evening drink after a day outdoors.

For those wanting to explore further, Rum Bridge is ideally located within easy reach of Cambridge, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Colchester, and the breathtaking Suffolk coast.
