We stayed in the premium lodges everything was great really nice accommodation and really nice park. The kids loved the woods and the park. Only downside was I had to clean when we got the keys. The seats at the back of the lodge where you have to make a bed were covered in crumbs. Source on the kitchen cupboard doors. The outside artificial grass area was really dirty thick in mud dead leaves branches and this was at the end of may. Because the artificial grass was so dirty when we opened the hot tub, they had all dead leaves in black floaty bits in which probably also mud! More time needed of cleaning this up as for the price you would expect pristine conditions.

Lovely little place, we have stayed a fair few times now.The last couple of times we have been, we haven't been completely happy with the maintenance of the hottubs. This time round, when we arrived there was dead bugs (wasps, ladybirds, flies), the filter was blocked with leaves, the jets and lights button also didnt work properly! We also had to turn the fridge down because it was so high that it froze most of our food!Other than that our stay was lovely.

Loved our lodge. Had everything we needed. Was great to have towels and bedding provided. Loved sitting in the decking. Kids loved the hot tub. Thank you to the lovely friendly and helpful staff too.

Really clean, polite staff, couldn’t turn hot tub temperature down on the hotest day of the year so couldn’t use it. My partner proposed to me outside the cabin therefore it made it extra special.

I stayed in the Willow lodge for 2 nights. The lodge was lovely and clean, plenty of towels and everything I needed for my stay. The hot tub was so relaxing. I would definitely return in the future.

A short break for us visiting family that have moved to the area and this was a perfect place to stay!! Immaculately clean, super friendly and great value for money. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for longer next time!

The location was very handy for us - near to family. Staff were also very helpful. The cabin itself was tired and needed a bit of TLC. The toaster looked very old and dirty and the kettle was covered in limescale. All the knives were blunt and there was no sponge to wash up with. When we pulled the living room blinds down, one was broken and they were all very dusty. There were also no black out curtains in the top bedroom (only blinds) so the light woke the kids up super early. The sofa bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on and there were a lot of crumbs under the cushions! I also requested for single beds in the lodge but it was a double. We considered the hot tub but it looked pretty cloudy and not super clean so opted out! They'd all be relatively simple things to update and would make a big difference.I think overall, it's expensive for what it is but it was very convenient for us.

Great short stay with my family, would recommend however our heating did go off and wouldn’t come back on so just used the fire. Didn’t affect us hugely & could have been resolved but only having a short stay we just used the fire, immaculately clean. :)
