Ream Hills is a lovely little site, we stayed in the geodome which were very cute and cosy. However, the toddler hammock bed is very high off the hard ground and has a lot of movement, really not suitable for a little one to sleep in and quite dangerous for them to climb in and out of because of course they just want to swing in it. There were also no bed rails available to put a little one into the single bed. The site is close to a motorway so it was quite loud all night in the dome. There are no shops/restaurants in walking distance and also no public transport links. The on site cafe was closed the whole time during our stay even though it was advertised to open on the Thursday. The WiFi did not work so if you want to use the smart TV you need to hotspot. The little playground on site is lovely for small children.

We stayed in the Geode for 3 people. It was just what we wanted - something calming and few days break from the city and sitting in front of water - it couldn't have been more perfect. It rained one day so we generally stayed in the dome and just read our books with a beautiful view. It was sunny on the second day and we spent a lot of the day over at the cafe, people watching with the water sports, reading our books and just feeling very relaxed. A lovely vibe about the place. The private toilet and kitchen was around 30-40 secs walk from the door of the dome, and usually I wouldn't have liked that - I'd have hoped it was right by us. However, for just a few days, it really didn't matter. It was clean and had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinner. Good communication from the holiday park in the run up to the stay. I would love to return and bring my children next time. Even on a rainy day, I think they would find things to do.

Dome had everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not much to do in the immediate area but Blackpool is a 15 minute drive away.

What an amazing place to stay!! We stayed in the 4 berth geodome on the lake and was blown away with the attention to detail. The weather wasn't good to us but the dome was central heated (and air con available too) we could have been anywhere in the world. The setting was very tranquil and waking up to the ducks on the lake in the morning was very relaxing. The dome, kitchen area and shower was spotless and everything you would need to enjoy family dining. We were given a welcome pack upon arrival with essentials but if more needed there is a supermarket just 5 minutes drive away. Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning. Many Thanks for some lovely memories Ream Hills!!

1st impression, arriving in the dark is the access road to the domes is full of pot holes some quite big and difficult to avoid. The dome was fantastic. Just as we expected. Clean and lovely and warm. The amenities block allocated to our dome was very cold and disappointing. The shower was leaking and there was dirt and mould round the shower tray. We immediately reported this and the lady from reception came straight up and was able to allocate us the adjacent amenities block ,as we where the only people staying, which was much warmer and cleaner. The view over the lake the following morning when we woke up was fantastic. We had a lovely peaceful weekend and would look to return again out of season. The sofa in the dome is starting to look a bit worn but we took our own throw with us which we used to cover the sofa.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed in one of the Geodomes for 2 nights last weekend. We absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed and we couldn't fault it at all.Such an amazing experience we've never stayed in anything like this before. We would definitely recommend the Geodomes to everyone in fact most people who saw our photos also want to now book.Thankyou so much for a lovely relaxing weekend!

I am very dissatisfied we broke down on our way and now need a new car so we couldn’t make it to our stay. I phoned and the woman I spoke to was not interested there was no empathy what so ever. I know it’s not in their policy to refund but a change of date or a discount on booking another stay would’ve been nice as £495 is a lot of money to lose especially for a family with a disabled child. She didn’t offer anything I have had issues at other holiday parks and they have been great in offering other dates so why can’t Ream hills holiday park offer anything I emailed the day after explaining we haven’t got a car now and couldn’t make our break they didn’t reply back for 5 days and then it was we can’t do anything. Overall it’s been very upsetting and traumatic for my children being stranded on a busy motorway and losing our holiday definitely won’t be placing another booking with them no customer service, empathy or understanding what so ever!

I want to start by saying the geo dome itself was beautifully done and the view was amazing. There were a couple of thing that let the trip down for us. It is advertised as having a movie projector screen so we planned our first night as a big movie night however once in the dome it was clear there was no projector or screen. The welcome leaflet told us how to use the screen so we rang reception who told us they had actually removed it from all the domes due to the heat. The heatwave has taken place over a month before our visit and this was the first time we’d been informed. This left us with a small TV placed at an awful viewing angle from the sofa for our trip. Also it’s advertised as the kitchen and bathroom being a few meters away but in fact it was over 40m away from our dome meaning we had to get fully dressed to even make a cup of tea. They should have a kettle in the room. I feel if the above had been advertised as the truth we would not have been left so disappoin
