I stayed in a furnished pod for 2 nights in October with my partner. The pod was nip and clean plus had everything you needed. Took our own cutlery and bedding. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and site provided a bed sheet as ours didn't fit.The heating was essential for the time of year and made the pod very cosy. The shower was very good, really powerful, probably the same or even better what you would get staying in a hotel.I would definitely stay again, helped by the friendly staff.Thanks Hillcroft

On arrival at the park everything was all ready waiting for us, the pod was super warm with the heating already on and absolutely spotless, within ten minutes we were unpacked and set up for the weekend.The facilities in the pod were all extremely good although not being a halogen hob user this was a bit tricky (don't think we had the correct type of pan). Shower was spotless and lovely and warm, toilet was clean with toilet roll provided.The bed was extremely comfortable and we had two nights of solid sleep.Overall we had an absolutely lovely stay at Hillcrest and will definitely be returning.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay all of the staff are so nice and welcoming the new playground is excellent and close to pooley bridge the icing on the cake look forward to my next visit

When i opened the door I could smell i dirty smell I opened the doors and windows then unloaded the car when finished unloading I sat on sofa when I got up my partner said I dont want to alarm you buy your top is full of dog hairs i had a black top on n it come off the throw cushions all so the smell come off the sofa so for the rest of my stay I didn't sit on sofa as it knocked me abit sick but apart from that I love theses glamping pods am back next week am just glad its not the GP01 again

We could have arranged for the settee to be cleaned or, where possible, offered you an alternative pod to ensure you were comfortable for the duration of your stay.We always want our guests to have an enjoyable and comfortable experience, and we are disappointed that this was not brought to our attention while you were with us, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to put things right at the time.Thank you again for your feedback. Lovely park to stay on. The glamping pods were lovely everything we needed. Could do with a small television but that's preference.So close to Pooley Bridge the hill nearly killed me coming in ha ha but I got used to it

A lovely weekend staying here again, our forth time. Facilities always spotless. Recently had some updating, new park which is amazing for the kids and a cute little petting zoo.

Fantastic place, great location. Everything you need on site. Very clean. Short walk into village and lake. Friendly staff. Stayed here 3 times now and already booked for 2027. Would definitely recommend 👍
