This was our 4th stay at Hillcroft, twice camping and twice glamping. Love the location 10min walk from Pooley Bridge. Pod was fine overall although this stay we did have hot water issues, so hoping this will be rectified for our stay next year, which is already booked. Pod 4.

Such a great park with magnificent amenities. Staff extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Hillcroft. Best park around Ulswater no question👍🏼👍🏼

Visited with family and friends for a 3 night glamping trip. Glamping pods are lovely and spacious. Park facilities very good, kids loved the park. Will definitely visit again!

We had a fabulous stay at Hillcroft Park. The GlampingPods were very comfortable, the closed decking area was great for our dog. Very clean and well maintained. Small touches such as Molton Brown toiletries made it feel very luxurious. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to check everything was ok. Big shout out to John! The play park was amazing! The kids absolutely loved it and it was suitable for a wide range of ages. The weather was amazing when we were there and the kids suggested it would be great if they had a splash park to play in which would have made it even better. Absolutely lovely site, would absolutely recommend.

First time at hillcroft. We have just returned from a fantastic weekend with family staying in 3 of the glamping pods. Weather was fantastic 30 degrees everyday. The glamping pods were great! Park was fantastic for the kids it looked new and could entertain a wide age range. 10 minutes walk into the village although the hill was a killer. Only thing we would love to see is a communal area for when the weather is bad we would all have an area to sit instead of being cramped into one pod. However we were blessed so it did not matter. However typically English weather isnt so great.There was nothing we would of changed this weekend however we have considered booking a big house in the village due to no communal area next year but undecided because if the weather turns out great we would rather the pods.

This place is excellent, the glamping pods are fully fitted out with everything you need for the duration of your stay.The grounds are spotless, the facilities are immaculate. The staff were all very helpful.Pooley bridge is a great place. All the pubs are restaurants were very friendly. You can do as much or as little as you want.Definitely going back soon.

We had a fantastic week thanks to the amazing staff and all the facilities.Standout member of staff was Trisha who gave us first class customer service from day one. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. Trisha is a massive asset to your business. We stayed in a beautiful lodge overlooking the park. Our 8 year old could just play safely and lived his best life. We will certainly be back and will highly recommend your site to all our friends & family.

Once again a fantastic weekend with family. The children loved the new swing park lots of exciting things to explore. Adults loved the charity BBQ. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, our glamping pod was sparkling clean and so comfortable. Hope to see you soonLinda x

Lovely stay, pods were immaculate and well furnished. Tidy and clean campsite and welcoming, friendly staff. We also got pizza one night from the pizza van on site which was gorgeous. Kids loved the playground too. Beds were really comfy, the only tiny thing I’d say is that it said the beds were doubles so we brought sheets for both and they didn’t fit - next time we will bring non elasticated but might be worth mentioning something like this in the details - again that didn’t affect our stay at all we loved it.
