Each pod consists of:
A kitchenette area – Equipped with sink, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and food preparation area. Crockery is provided along with life’s essentials including scissors, a bottle opener, corkscrew and can opener! We also provide 2 of each of the following: wine glasses, water glasses, plates, bowls, knives, forks, dessert spoons and teaspoons.
In the sleeping area you will find a super king bed. All bedlinen, including pillows and duvets, are supplied. You will also find an ensuite inside the pods, including a toilet, basin and shower with towels and complimentary toiletries.
Enjoy your meals at our compact table with dining chairs inside your cosy pod, or step outside to the patio area with table and chairs for your ‘brew with a view’ or al fresco dining when the British weather allows you to enjoy the sun and a BBQ. (Please note that BBQs are not provided but disposable BBQs are available to buy in the village)
Electric lighting, sockets and USB ports are provided in convenient positions throughout the pod. Additionally, our pods feature electric heating which you can adjust yourself for the perfect temperature all year round, Make sure you don't miss your favourite TV show on our wall mounted 32" TV screen with free view channels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and most phone networks have 3G or 4G coverage in our area.
What to bring:
All you really need to bring is yourself and your holiday clothes; the rest is pretty much covered. Unlike many pod providers, our luxury glamping pods include all the essentials for basic self-catering.We’re only a 10 minute walk along a street-lit pavement into the village of High Bentham for supplies, with a Spar and Co-op that are both open until 10pm daily. Bentham offers 4 pubs, 2 Indian takeaways (1 is also a restaurant), a Chinese takeaway and a quintessentially English fish and chip shop.
Extras:
We work with local partners to provide hampers, bouquets of flowers or even champagne and chocolates if you’d like to indulge a special someone.

We have stayed with Wenningdale on lots of occasions in the Lunesdale Lodge. This time we decided to stay in a new pod, we stayed in Thornton and it was excellent!! Lots of room for 2 people, king sized bed and fantastic bathroom with an amazing shower. Everything you would need is included and spotlessly clean. Plenty to do in the area if you don't play golf. Would definitely recommend the pods, they even have dog friendly ones. We will be returning 😊

FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THE ONLY THING I WOULD CRITICISE WENNINGDALE LEISURE FOR .THE FIRST QUESTION ON THE REVIEW REQUEST ASKS WHO DID YOU STAY WITH AND UNFORTUNEATELY YOU DO NOT INCLUDE WIFE ,HUSBAND , OR SPOUSE . TO SOME PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF WHO HAVE ENJOYED MANY MANY YEARS OF VERY HAPPY MARRIAGE I WOULD SUGGEST YOU INCLUDE THESE OPTIONS AS TO SOME OF US MARRITAL STATUS IS IMPORTANT. Now i have got that off my chest I would congratulate Wenningdale leisure for one of the most enjoyable golf breaks we have ever had and we have been on many . The course and its condition was excellent and the performance of EVERY person employed by you was first class . Our pod RAYGILL wanted for nothing and we enjoyed our time there very much . WE Will come back so please keep up the good work . THANK YOU.

This was already the 4th time we stayed here. It was again fantastic. The view on the golfcourse is gorgeous and everything we needed was available in the pod. It was very easy to check in en to check out. Hopefully we will be back next year.

We have stayed lots of times and never been disappointed yet. The experience as always been great. The views from the pods are amazing and it is so relaxing after playing golf or a good day walking. We just love staying here.

Great customer service. Lodges are well appointed and spacious. Had a lovely time sitting outside and chatting with friends. The golf is great and the views are unbelievable of ingleborough

We had a fantastic bank holiday weekend here. Heather was so welcoming and helpful.The pods were fabulous, very clean and comfortable. Easy to manage our two small dogs in them. The location is superb with a fabulous view of Ingleborough. The golf course is stunning although we didn’t play. Paths marked for walking but we did encounter a few near misses from golf balls due to poor shots!Struggled to find a pub to dine in but had a delicious Sunday lunch at golf clubhouse.
