I couldn’t say more about Ribblesdale honestly I first saw them through instagram and thought hmm I’ll give it a try and honestly couldn’t have been more impressed. We went for my partners birthday and the full trip was luxury but on a manageable budget, the environment the calmness and peace was exactly what we needed, seeing the dog interact with the animals and being able to see them roam free was just so lovely. We will 10000% be back for our next relaxing getaway!

First hot tub not all jets working so we’re ‘upgraded’ to a cottage which was actually worse as the hot tub was completely unusable with the temperature around 29 degrees. We had also lost our spa bath with the move making this a downgrade. Dirty fridge, carpet coming away from door bars which would be dangerous for children. Also searches for porn left on the tv in our original lodge by the previous occupant which should be deleted before check in, especially if children have access to the TVs in properties. feel as though with moving we got less that what we paid for and would have been better staying put in our original Wentworth rather than moving where we were worse off. Offered a 50% refund or alternative stay. Unfortunately due to my husband having no AL remaining after wedding and this honeymoon we were unable to take this up. disappointed at 50% refund as all we wanted from our honeymoon was time to chill in a hot tub together and this isn’t enough to cover stay el

I've stayed quite few times over the years, unfortunately this time it was horridous I was in cabin 50, the peacocks (7) where calling to each other from about 9 -11 pm then when it started to come light 4am onwards.I came back here for some quite time since losing my husband in March this year, & to reflect on the great times we had there.Apart from being very sleep deprived everything has always was wonderful

We stayed for 4 nights mid week and found the park to be clean, well run and beautiful. The lodge was clean also and well appointed with everything you would need for your stay.Definitely value for money and would book again.

The staff were all amazing, the grounds were perfectly well kept. Our lodge had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. Our only complaint is the heating in the bedroom didn’t work and the windows were open on a latch and locked so the room got a little cold in the night. We did enjoy walking the grounds and the pool area is perfect. It would be lovely if the restaurant offered take away pizzas or something like as we brought all our food but fancied take away one night.

Stunning location! Lodge was spotless and check in was seamless. Very well stocked kitchen, clean fluffy towels and beautiful bedroom with spa bath and large walk in shower. Outdoor pool was great addition to facilities. Hot tub was amazing and the lodge privacy is excellent. Having somewhere outdoors to relax in private is also such a tonic.Only two things to improve- signage around the park to lodge numbers and pool -and the 24 hr phone contact was switched off when I tried to call on two separate occasions. Overall our stay was the perfect tonic and we would love to return. The nearest town of Clitheroe is beautiful and we purchased our food supplies in Booth’s which is a fabulous grocery store that has literally everything! The surrounding areas are breathtakingly stunning and you return hike feeling like you’ve had a marvellous step off the roundabout. Will recommend to everyone we know!

email was sent highlighting my complaint 5 days ago and I have still not received a response. Unclean, outside lights not working. Not worth the £500+ price point. Returning customer and unhappy with my experience this time.

The appointment was very nice had everything that needed the only thing that let it down was the outside table it was old and falling apart and the outside wooden cladding was in need of re staining and the outside railings to the door was very loose overall had a lovely stay and the restaurant food was excellent that’s why we stayed another night
