Ribblesdale Park was highly recommended to us and it exceeded our expectations. The lodge was well equipped and very clean. The location is stunning and we had lots of visits from roaming deer and peacocks. All of the staff who we met on site were friendly and very attentive, particularly in the restaurant /bar. The food in the restaurant is good quality and very reasonably priced. There is also a selection of good pubs and restaurants locally and lots of attractions within a reasonable distance (20 mins drive). A great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful countryside. We booked our next stay within a couple of days of arriving home!

I was recommended to go here as it is remote and quiet and supposed to be luxurious. I would say at best it was average. Short of staff in the restaurant and a long wait for your food when you can see it sat on the counter. The lodge is lovely however needs updating. Mould around the bath and silicone coming away. Cleanliness isn't great. The radiator has had something spilled down it and not cleaned. The pillows on the sofa was marked with food etc the sofa could do with a clean. The jacuzzi is lovely however doesn't have a lifter so I struggled to get the top on and off.

We stayed here for our 5th anniversary and were left disappointed. The moment we walked in the lodge it was clear it hadn't been cleaned properly, broken blinds, head rests missing from the hot tub, doors hanging off in the kitchen, the shower didn't drain properly and was frankly left in a grim state where the shelves hadn't been cleaned, see photo for evidence. It was probably a lovely lodge when it first opened but it's tired, run down and needs some money pumping into it to be really classed as luxury. The photos on Facebook and their website are very deceiving and don't reflect the actual state of the lodges currently.

We had a short stay in a Wentworth lodge and it was just what we needed. The lodge was perfect, stylish, comfortable and immaculately clean. The hot tub was fabulous, particularly sitting in there overlooking the peacocks and deer parading past. The restaurant/bar was lovely and the food even better. But what made it for us was the staff - Jess in the restaurant went above and beyond to make my autistic daughter comfortable. She did a great job of looking after us and just taking the extra time my daughter needed. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Lodge was clean and well equipped. Staff all very friendly and helpful with the couple of issues we had. Do feel they could do with a small reception area with a person on it all the time to save bar staff trying to find people to help you when checking in etc. Restaurant/bar really good service and excellent food and staff.

the lodge & hot tub were lovely but it needs a little tlc in places. the Pub & restaurant were also nice but need more staff to run the place efficiently. Some of the waiting times to get a table, order and receieve food were too long.

I stayed in a one bedroom Wentworth lodge. It was clean, modern, spacious and the hot tub was really warm and powerful. It was so relaxing lying in the hot tub listening to the birds and sheep. The sika deer and peacocks wander round the lodges, which was wonderful to see. There were fields with sheep and tiny lambs near to the lodges, which were really cute to watch. The staff in Hindelinis were friendly and approachable. We drove over the Yorkshire Dales to see Janet’s Foss which was a beautiful waterfall. As soon as I arrived home, I tried to book up again. I would highly recommend.

Good points- room clean and modern. Lovely staff. Our mattress was really uncomfortable and when we spoke to the manager she arranged for a new one within the hour and then also sent wine and chocolate to the room as an apology as we had such a bad nights sleep. Bad points- really poor wifi in the rooms, no laundry facilities on sight, we had a dog and lots of muddy clothes and towels so this was a real problem . The area around hot tub very tired and floor was slimy. The outside furniture was broken and the clothes hanger was rusty. My husband developed rash from the hot tub. The site would also benefit from an electric car charger. We expected more for the price.
