Absolutely fantastic place to stay all of the staff are so nice and welcoming the new playground is excellent and close to pooley bridge the icing on the cake look forward to my next visit

When i opened the door I could smell i dirty smell I opened the doors and windows then unloaded the car when finished unloading I sat on sofa when I got up my partner said I dont want to alarm you buy your top is full of dog hairs i had a black top on n it come off the throw cushions all so the smell come off the sofa so for the rest of my stay I didn't sit on sofa as it knocked me abit sick but apart from that I love theses glamping pods am back next week am just glad its not the GP01 again

We could have arranged for the settee to be cleaned or, where possible, offered you an alternative pod to ensure you were comfortable for the duration of your stay.We always want our guests to have an enjoyable and comfortable experience, and we are disappointed that this was not brought to our attention while you were with us, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to put things right at the time.Thank you again for your feedback. Lovely park to stay on. The glamping pods were lovely everything we needed. Could do with a small television but that's preference.So close to Pooley Bridge the hill nearly killed me coming in ha ha but I got used to it

A lovely weekend staying here again, our forth time. Facilities always spotless. Recently had some updating, new park which is amazing for the kids and a cute little petting zoo.

Fantastic place, great location. Everything you need on site. Very clean. Short walk into village and lake. Friendly staff. Stayed here 3 times now and already booked for 2027. Would definitely recommend 👍

This year was our 4th year staying at Hillcroft Park. As always, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The glamping pod was clean and tidy for when we arrived. The park was busy as it is the school holidays but it was never a problem. The new petting area with the goats & pony was really nice...although Shelley was very very hungry ha!We have celebrated a few birthdays and anniversaries but this time we were celebrating my 30th birthday. The night before my partner proposed up on the hill overlooking Ullswater Lake. It was so romantic and perfect.We really enjoy stargazing at the pod once it gets dark enough. There isnt any light pollution so the stars are super bright. We even saw a couple of shooting stars too!Wonderful place to stay, can't wait for next year's trip! :D
