Great place to stay. Glamping pods were warm clean and comfortable with access straight onto the fell or a couple of minutes walk into Pooley Bridge. The site was well maintained and very peaceful. We will definitely return.

Another fabulous stay at Hillcroft! Our happy place. Our place of rest, relaxation and comfort. Have and will always recommend this wonderful site! The cleanest most perfect place to visit. With a lovely little quaint village a 10 min walk away. Pure bliss.

We absolutely love coming to Hillcroft. The staff are amazing the atmosphere on site is the best. We have been coming at Easter for the past 18 years. There are 18 of us in 7 families. It’s a short walk into pooley bridge which is also lovely The new park looks fantastic If your looking for a great family camping break Hillcroft is the best around

Just an all round lovely place, we stayed in GP10 and the views over the lake are amazing.Some great facilities, breakfast van fantastic and lovely pizzas.A short walk down to pooley bridge.We’ll be returning here again!

Had the most amazing 2 nights stay in a beautiful glamping pod. We arrived after dark and was greeted by friendly helpful staff who directed us to our pod. Lovely touch to have a (much needed) torch attached to our keys. The pod was spotlessly clean and a very good size. After unpacking we ventured into the very cute village of Pooley Bridge where there happened to be a Christmas event happening, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly local community. Overall our stay was fantastic and we will definitely return and highly recommend.

Glamping pod was excellent, warm cosy comfortable and roomy enough (2 x adults and a soon to be teenager in our group).Location is great for walks, biking and visiting Pooley Bridge.Site has everything-we were out of season so didn’t get to experience some of it but all looked great. Only thing that would improve the stay more would be additions to the add on package - utensils plates etc. Missing were wine glasses and washing up liquid /cloth = so if these were added I think that would be a great addition.

The only problem I had was the rusty kit I payed £25 for I felt ridiculous paying that price for a box filled with water and rust covering most of the items
