We landed early and couldnt check in until 4 but we went to the soft play area until we could. The whole set up is so family orientated. The lodges were very comfy for a family of five and the amenities showers toilets were very easy accessible.the restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced.loads of activities to do to keep the kids entertained. Will definitely.be returning next year.

Me and my two kids stayed recently. It was their first holiday and they were absolutely thrilled. The cabin was perfect, warm and cosy. The food in both places was gorgeous , especially the spice bag from the lake house!! Staff were lovely and friendly and the place overall was clean and very well looked after! We had a fantastic few days.

First time at Hidden Valley and we had a brilliant time. The glamping mini lodge was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 small kids. It was very clean and the outside bbq area was really nice. The toilets nearby were always very clean as well. Great facilities and although the activities are mostly geared towards age 5+, there was still lots to do for the 2 and 4 year old.

I stayed here with my son and his 2 friends we had the mini lodge and I must say it was spotless when we arrived. We were right beside the toilets and bathroom which was great .staff at reception was very welcoming .there was so much to do on site for the kids (teenagers)i barely seen them. The food in restaurant was really tasty and portions were big aswell. And a great selection on the menu to cater 4 everyone .We will definitely be going back and the weather made our weekend aswell.

We stayed here in a Glamping mini Lodge in July. Very clean and tidy with a toaster, kettle and mini fridge. Fairly clean bar I did have to wipe down table and picnic table outside 3 times to get clean. Tap outside needs to be fixed and pine cones removed from drain.Next door neighbours up until 2am and the security man did his best but if you want to drink until this time maybe consider the other families around you.River is lovely but needs to be cleaned around the fence borders. Playground very clean and tidy. Kids did laser tag and they really enjoyed it.Cleaners around alot but toilets did not seemed to be getting clean. Toilets beside the main restaurant were much better standard.Food was lovely but a quarter bottle of wine at €8 a little steep. One bar man needs a crash course on how to deal with guests.Kayaks and peddle boats are very dirty and need a cleaning down. Mini golf good. All and all we had a good time, not complaining just little things need improving

Stayed in Hidden Valley with our 2 small girls (7 years old and 8 month old), not an awful lot to entertain the baby but that wasn’t really an issue! The 7 year old has an absolute blast and is mad to go back next year now! Possibly going to turn into an annual thing! We only stayed for 2 days but I would recommend longer! Lady who checked us in was amazing and could not have helped us anymore than she did

There was plenty to do ever day. The children loved the activities at the sight and the restaurant was good for meals in the evening and my daughter said she love the dessert especially death by chocolate.

Overall we had a good time but whilst there are lots to do there’s also lots of times when a lot of things aren’t open and or certain things are broken. We woke up on day two at 8am and wanted to do tubing but it wasn’t open until 4pm. We wanted to do lazer tag but it wasn’t open until 3pm. Crazy. Of the 6 bumper boats only 3 were operational. Lots of rubbish strewn around the mini golf course. The ‘pools’ in the gold course were filthy and cover in brown algae. The main restaurant closed at 7:30pmIt could be a great destination however there’s lots of work needed to bring it up to where it needs to be. A jet washer to clean boats etc would be a useful investment.

We've camped here before all the new activities years and years ago. We stayed with you for the June bank holiday with 4 other families. We glamped this time and loved your lodges, right by the river. Amazing for pre teens and teens, so much for them to do. Security where lovely unlike some places we've stayed. The activities get very busy on weekends especially Sunday, alot of day visitors so would recommend booking your activities especially the water sports and reserve a table if your planning on having dinner in the restaurant, booking again for next year when booking opens
