We’ve been in hidden valley many times and have always loved it, we usually go in May . We went in August this year for 2 nights staying in the mini glamping house. We actually left after the first night. I found it was gone reallly expensive for the golf, boats etc, there were very few slots for laser tag, tubing etc. we arrived on Friday evening and went to play the new golf at 530, but it was closed. So we went to the outdoor golf, also closed. Playground etc closed early. Maybe as it was the height of summer it was busier than normal but the kids flying around on bikes when you’re driving in and in the dark nearly knocking people over . I usually love a walk with my kids at night and torches but it didn’t have the same vibe as usual. Everyone just sitting round drinking in gangs

Overall I’d say we really enjoyed our stay and would come again. A bit of a shame there’s no toilets at the adventure playground but unless it’s an emergency it’s not too far to the one toilet block on the site. Restaurant was ok- not brilliant. Basic food needs but it was inexpensive and staff were nice. It’s in a great location and there is plenty of other things to do outside of the camp. Met lots of other kids there so my granddaughter was well happy. I would recommend but be aware that it costs to do most of the activities. Bring rain gear.

The park is well maintained and managed. Facilities for children are good and varied. We had a lovely weekend and the weather was on our side as well which was great. Thank you for a lovely first time experience at hidden valley.

This is my family's second time staying in hidden Valley the first time we went off of a reference from somebody had stayed there before and we were skeptical because we had to drive from Limerick but once we got there we were so happy that we did we had booked our second Stay but life got in the way and gave us your second kid 🧸🍼and we had to postpone our stay and honestly the staff bent over backwards to accommodate any changes to our booking and when we finally did manage to get there the staff was so nice helping us with anything we needed for our new baby from the girls in the front desk microwave and his bottles to sterilize them getting some new cattle for our Hut to the girls down in the snack shack that will close and ready to leave and still fired up their cookers to make sure the kids had something to eat I can't say enough about the place to facilities agreed that well kept you always see cleaners going around to the shower units to the toilets just general upkeep

Really like this place my kids “best holiday “ and they have been to many places abroad, however they really do need on site lighting area is very dark especially getting up to use bathroom at night it is not very nice so my only thing would be more outside lighting

Myself and my family love this place, the children love the freedom of being able to run around and enjoy themselves and they love the activities. We normally pitch a tent when we go there but this time with got a mini glamping lodge, I would definitely book one again my only negative was I wish they had a slightly bigger fridge so I could put the kids water bottles in it to keep them cold otherwise the place was clean and comfortable. Any family looking for a nice break I would highly recommend.
