Excellent place to go, very reasonable and staff were brilliant, they are a credit to hidden Valley and friendly, helpful and we're on hand to help you. The only downfall was the water park wasn't opened on the days we were there as my son would of loved to go back. The toilets and showers were spotless. The only thing l would say is maybe a fan in the clamping hut as it was warm in them. I will recommend to anyone and l will be back again either staying or a day trip. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The deposit required is far to expensive i could understand 50 deposit but 100 adds far to much financial pressure also the snack shack wasn't open and only one family boat was in use the 2 days we where there

We absolutely love it. The only thing is there is no swings in any of the playgrounds.

We originally planned to camp but due to poor weather, changed to a glamping pod. This change was made without issue. When we got to the park, staff at reception were very helpful.Site is clean, well organised and very family friendly. Our pod was cosy and in a great location right beside the water. The staff from reception, on the site, at the activities and in the restaurant were excellent. Our car got stuck in mud and they helped us out! My son was disappointed with the games room being closed and we got complementary crazy golf! Any minor issue was sorted asap and with great service. We have booked to come back again in June, throughly enjoyed our stay

I have camped before this is my first time getting the HUT. I didn't understand how I couldn't check in until 4 o'clock when the lodge was empty but could park my car there. Its very late and did affect the first day as we were waiting around a lot. We were due to stay for 3 nights and only did 2 nights in the end, we checked out early, it was extremally hot in the hut and I would have brought a fan down if I had of known

Family of 5. 3,5 and 11 years ol. We all had a great stay. Lots to keep the kids entertained. The only thing I will say was the disco on the Tuesday night at 8.15 wasn't very well planned as I thought there should have been a member of staff entertaining the younger children as they all looked abit lost. Other than that it was a great stay and would definitely return again some time in the near future.

The staff was super nice and helpful through our thr place. Kids looked so happy everywhere we looked. The river has little fishes and kids where trying to catch them with nets. Ot was stunning and very clean! I wousl recommend it to everyone! We will be coming back a lot over the next years for sure. I don't even mind the rain (we had a little on the 1st day) nut it was fine !
