It's a great place for family bonding. The resort is safe and clean! Thank you to all the staff!

Excellent trip, clean toilets and showers. Food was pretty poor quality in the restaurant although staff quickly offered a refund on the green Thai curry.I do think the security staff at night time could do with some input/direction as to how they communicate with the kids when directing them back to their cabins. Overall a great safe campsite.

We enjoyed our family time in Loft House number 15 beside my sister in Loft House number 16 as requested, privacy has been provided so well, as it's in the corner, and we are able to put up a gazebo to share meals, bbq and put up a hammock after a tiring sunny spells, the trees provided cool breeze and protection from glare of the sun at the peak of the heat 36 oC last Thursday, 25/06/26 and the river really cool us down. It was a perfect family adventure. But would love if private shower in cabins be provided. Otherwise, surely we will come back again and stay for longer period of time.

Reception staff and restaurant staff were lovely. The campsite was very clean (although noticed some groups leaving litter which is a shame). Cabins were comfy - would recommend a check on the internal doors with some WD40 (squeaky).

Stayed in Hidden Valley for 4 nights in a glamping lodge with 2 kids (7 + 9) its was perfect, exceeded expectations. The lodge was really comfortable, mini fridge, kettle, toaster and disposable BBQ area and picnic bench. Suited our needs perfectlyThe park is a piece of paradise for a family holiday, clean, well maintained beautiful and scenic, the kids were buzzing from the minute we arrived. The 'mining for fossil & gem' caught their eye immediately and was a huge hit. The activities available on the Park were brilliant, hard to pick a highlight, the aqua park was great fun for the whole family, wall climbing for the kids, kayaking and bumper boating and laser tag... we needed a break at that stage. The was a kids movie on in the Lake house every evening which allowed the parents to enjoy some down time and a glass of wine solo! Staff were extremely a helpful and nice, a real family vibe, Will be booking again for sure

Really good place to spend weekend with schoolmates. This year we met some construction works that limited availability of some activities. Hope to have fully operating area for the next year.

Stayed for 2 nights with family, June 5th to 7th 2026. We were really happy with everything, the pod exceeded expectations, it was clean and comfortable, very cosy and no requirement for the heater to be put on! The site toilets were impressive too, well maintained and stocked. Activities are well organised and great fun. We will definitely return. Our only complaint was that the on site restaurant ran out of breakfast food on the Sunday, even butter!!! Not sure how that can happen in such a well run site!
