Everything was great. We stayed for two nights and had been cycling all fay and was looking fwd to a hot shower, u fortunately they were just luke warm and not a lot of pressure, not normally bothered but it was a cool April evening. The next day it was the same and also on our last morning, small thing but its a review of our stay. The pod was lovely, a shelf would be very handy here and there to put a drink on or your phone on when charging rather then everything on the floor. Also nice to turn off the outside PIR light.

Could do with some more hooks in toilets

We were going on a camping and backpacking holiday, but when we saw the weather forecast we were relieved to see that Hele Valley offered Camping Pods that suited our budget. It made a huge difference to the enjoyment of our holiday to have somewhere dry and warm to come back to at the end of the day - It's a good location too, we enjoyed visiting Hele, Combe Martin, Ilfracombe (All in walking distance if you don't mind a few steep hills) and Barnstaple, which was accessible by bus if like us you don't have a car of your own. The site is very quiet and peaceful, and you can easily reach the beach, the bay and a lovely working Cornmill which we would definitely recommend a visit to (the scones are to die for, and like the nearby bar has good vegan and gluten free options which has been a god send). The facilities at Hele Bay are in a good condition, the shower block and potwash were always nice and tidy, and the staff were friendly at check in/check out. We had a lovely stay at Hele!

I liked the quiet at the camping site. The bathrooms was immaculate and the grounds is neatly kept and clean. I did not enjoy the location as it felt like I was stuck in a ditch the only thing that was visible is holiday houses and caravans. Just too many on one spot. I only stayed 2 nights.But would not have enjoyed staying longer. It is okay as a pit.Stop what an overnight stay. There are better locations in the same area.

I loved staying in this park. The facilities era always so clean, staff quite friendly and it was a few walking minutes from the beach.

Lovely quiet place, very clean, could do with a fan in the summer as pods get very hot! But overall loved it

Tucked away down a little lane but was easy to find with local signposts. Site was super clean, no signs of any untidiness or rubbish or overgrown trees/plants etc. It’s a multi use site, so static homes, camping and plenty of room for camper vans and motor homes. Toilets and showers always clean and ready to use. Free and high speed Wi-Fi available all over the site which never dropped out. I stayed in one of the little glamping pods which was perfect for 4 nights, it had lighting and electricity (and heater which I didn’t need!), picnic table outside and room to park my car. Depending how quickly you can walk then it’s around 20-25 minutes walk down to the harbour front. All in all a great place to base yourself whether for a couple of nights or an extended stay.

We had a lovely stay even the weather was not great. The Pod is cute and the bed is comfortable. There is enough room to move around the little pod. The hook rail is particularly useful. We like the outdoor charirs and benches. The toilet and shower room is so clean, well maintained and well designed. The staff are friendly and the website/booking/communication process is great. We will definitely come back next time.P.S. Hope the water flow from the taps of dishwashing area can be less strong.

We loved the pod...it was perfect. Lovely site peaceful. Only niggle was the Web site said bbq / fire put with pod but there wasn't one.
