Glamping Pod at Deers Glade, Warm and cosy glamping pods set in an idyllic Norfolk woodland.

Our Glamping pods are hidden in the woods, and allow the freedom of camping in the countryside but with more protection from the elements. You will still need to bring all your camping equipment except your tent! The Camping Pods and Mega Pods have the use of the Shower Pod situated between the two types of Pods. This has two shower rooms for Glamping Pods and Mega Pods users only.

The Standard Pods sleep up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. Bring all your usual camping gear (except, of course, your tent) and furnish your Pod in your own unique style for your stay.

Strictly no groups of people under 25 years old and No Pets allowed in the Pods.

Deer's Glade Caravan and Camping Park is an exciting David Bellamy Conservation Gold Award winning caravan site in Norfolk. It is a quiet, dog-friendly, family-run caravan park and campsite set in a beautiful woodland clearing in North Norfolk

It was a great location to explore both the Broads and the coastline. Really easy to find. Staff really friendly. Camping pod was great, comfortable and well equipped. Toilet and wash facilities fantastic. There were a lot of cats in the woodland area which was annoying when cooking/eating, but I didn't mind too much as they probably keep away any other creatures!

"Fantastic place for camping and glamping!"

I have been to this park twice now, first time I had an electrical hook up camping pitch and my most recent visit I stayed in a glamping pod. I was impressed with the pod - a great size, lovely woodland location and thought it was great that you had a bbq area, fire pit and table and bench already there. The site on both my breaks has been quiet and the washing facilities have always been very clean and great for family use. My three year old enjoyed the park and loved walking around the fishing pond. Genrally, I think this is a fantastic place for camping/glamping for couples, with friends or with family - including younger children! HOWEVER, I am so disappointed with the service I received from the desk staff. They were rude, un-friendly and seemed disinterested in talking to me or helping me with basic questions. The younger girl behind the desk was very abrupt and unfriendly and a male driving a ‘deers glade’ van made me feel outright uncomfortable! It’s a shame because I love the site and would of returned soon with my partner so a quiet few days in another pod - but I am worried about the customer service. Although, to families who are considering taking small children away with them, I say.. do it! The pod is a great option as they are warm and you can stand up in them no problem. Overall, a great camping/glamping site with excellent cleanliness.

We stayed in a pod which was fine for 2 nights. There were a couple of things I would of liked. One was a couple of hooks and a shelf in the pod and some small solar lights in the walk ways outside the shower pod but these are only suggestions. Still a lovely place to stay.

The pod was perfect and the private outside area with the table and cooking plinth just the ticket. The site was very busy, perfect for families and the rules about quiet times to ensure a good nights sleep always observed. The site is close to a wide range of activities and the beach at Cromer was fantastic for the kids. We will definitely be visiting again.

Bathroom pod's are clean, spacious, warm and well maintained, just very close to other pod's which intrude's on others privacy and can make you feel slightly awkward. I would've been disappointed if we had 1 of the pod's closest to the wash room.

Fabulous campsite in all respects. Only problem was that someone parked their large vehicle on our camping pitch during the night, probably someone staying in one of the pods. It remained their until we left the pitch at lunchtime.

The facilities are great - they are fairly new, very clean compared to many camping facilities and well stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay in one of the camping pods with the fishing pond near by and walking trails running along the edge of the park.
