Dolbryn is a peaceful family campsite, situated in the heart of the Teifi Valley, perfect for a glamping break in beautiful West Wales. We are less than two miles from the lovely market town of Newcastle Emlyn and we're ideally situated to explore the very best that wonderful West Wales has to offer. You'll always have a warm welcome here at Dolbryn, where we hope you will enjoy our peaceful and secluded spot with acres of woodland, lakes, vineyard and wild flowers.
Our Ready Tent at Dolbryn Campsite features a new model tent - the canvas Euro style camping tent by Cabanon. This is a sturdy, spacious and comfortable tent, and sits on its own decked base. It is pitched and equipped ready for your arrival. It comes complete with a double bed and three singles, as well as a gas cooker (gas included), fridge, camp kitchen, table, chairs and electric power points for your gadgets, as well as a utensil box with cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery and plates.
The Ready Tent sleeps two adults and three children (up to age 16) in a double bed and camp bunk beds. The Ready Tent is located in the Pines field; close to a drinking water tap and just a short walk to the main shower and toilet facilities. Sorry, but we don’t allow pets inside the Ready Tent. There is a two night minimum stay, at any time.
Glamping at Dolbryn offers brilliant facilities like free hot showers, a disabled and family WC/shower room, a rustic barn bar, laundry, doggy day kennel, fishing lake and more. You will need to bring your own bedding (including bottom sheet, pillows and duvet/sleeping bags), towels (including tea towels) and any additional camping furniture you require.
The children won't be bored here at Dolbryn either. We believe in free-range children who can roam in our wild spaces. They can make dens, splash in the stream, explore the woodland and play hide and seek. They can visit and feed our site animals and we run family events throughout the year.
Dolbryn is close to many beautiful beaches along the West Wales coast and most are less than an hour’s drive away. Some of our favourites include:
Tresaith - a popular beach with surfers and sailors.
Mwnt - a small and sheltered sandy cove not far from Cardigan.
Newgale Sands - famous for its glorious 2 mile stretch of golden sands.
Whitesands Beach - one of the most well-known in Pembrokeshire.
Cefn Sidan Beach - this 8 mile stretch of sand is renowned as one of the finest beaches in Europe.

I have used this site 5 times because you have a ready tent and I come with 4 grandchildren. It is a lovely quiet site and the simplicity is great However I felt this time that there was a shortage of items in the shop, we missed the pizza van and the bar . I came this year Monday Tuesday Wednesday and facilities are maybe available at weekends ? It is limited for cooking but some smaller saucepans may help and I think access to a microwave would be an improvement - maybe in the laundry/ fridge room ? The tent did not have a washing up bowl or cloths . Better matches for the stove as they were failing to strike and were snapping . I paid for WiFi on the 3rd day but never got it ( I have emailed you separately regarding this ) The other 2 days worked fine After coming for 5 years this year I felt there was a deterioration in the overall experience

We stayed in the ready tents along side our friends who stayed in theirs. Very handy and easier than taking our own tent. Kids loved the bunk beds

Ideal to go to ready tent with my 4 grandchildren all under 10 We go every year It gives them freedom in a safe environment

We had a emergency stay after our holiday cottage didn't work out. All the family were so helpful and friendly and so accommodating. The campsite is in a lovely area and our children loved feeding the pigs and goats. The whole site was lovely and clean and we would definitely recommend

I was blown away with this place, we stayed in a ready tent (one night there was particularly high winds so the owners came to double check our guide ropes as well. Its absolutely beautiful location and surroundings, the campsite itself is lovley and clean including the bathroom , wash up and shower areas.The park the the children is a brilliant asset and bog hit when we came as well as the rope swing by the stream too!!An added extra for the Adults is the Bar!! also its great to have activities put on there as well . over all a delightful place and we will be returning !! Thank you
