All located in the picturesque village of lyng in the Wensum valley surrounded by tranquil countryside in which to explore. Within 5mins walk is public house /Restaurant, village shop/cafe, riding stables, Garage, extensive public Nature Reserve and Tennis Courts. Also many of the activities in our well-equipped community hall are open to visitors.
