Founded by John Alexander Peters, a pillar of our local town, this family-owned glamping site was born from a heartfelt connection. Inspired by an anniversary card from his late wife, Piggles Retreat was lovingly brought to life in her honour.

Our Lion’s House Cabin is a one bedroom, waterside lake view cabin with kitchenette and living room (complete with flat screen TV and soft furnishings)

An outside private luxury bathroom with shower and separate toilet etc keep the camping experience traditional, whilst the BBQ and private decking area add the finishing touches to this luxury cabin. (Additional put up beds/guests at £50.00 per night which includes bed linen. )

Although the cabins are designed for two guests they can accommodate up to four guests.

Please note we do not supply bath towels.

Kitchen amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, glasses, tea/coffee mugs and a water dispenser.
