One of our safari tents, spread over two spacious fields on our farm, Hawk comfortably sleeps up to six guests (family stays only in the school holidays please). Perfect for family glamping, it has three bedrooms - a king room, twin room and a quirky double cupboard bed. At the back of the safari tent is a spacious private bathroom divided into a wash room with basin and proper flushing loo, and a large shower room on the other side with plenty of hot water. You don't have to go outside to use the bathroom, it's ensuite accessed via either the king or twin room.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There's a mini fridge/freezer, up-cycled dresser, an electric hob if you want to heat something quickly without lighting the wood stove and there's a large farmhouse table with six chairs for dining. The sitting room has a sofa and coffee table and there is more seating on the front deck. Cooking and heating are via the large wood burning stove in the heart of the lodge and a generous amount of firewood is provided. The tent has LED lighting and a couple of sockets suitable for charging a phone or laptop. There's a good 4G signal on the farm if you need to stay connected.

Outside the tent is a private wood fired hot tub (the hot tub is an OPTIONAL EXTRA bookable direct with owners), hammock, firepit area and picnic table.

Hawk is the middle of the three safari tents in this field, it's a good choice for guests with young children as you can see the play area from your deck or hot tub! The farm shop, wood store and the car park are all nearby. The deck of the safari tent is fenced and gated so a good choice for families with adventurous toddlers who like to wander! This lodge is also dog friendly - two dogs well behaved dogs kept on leads may be booked on to your reservation form (you'll find our dog rules on our T&C, do please read these as we're a working farm with lots of animals.)

- There are non feather duvets and pillows on each of the beds, there will be cotton base sheets on the beds, but please bring your own duvet cover and pillow cases, or hire directly from owner

Hot Tub hire, Breakfast hampers, farm house bread, eco charcoal, EV charging, meat from the farm, cakes and home cooked dishes can be ordered directly from the hosts.

- A £150 damages deposit will be held against your card a few days before a stay.
