The site is set in 6 acres on the outskirts of the twin towns of Fishguard and Goodwick. It is positioned with elevated views across the valley to Fishguard harbour.

Fishguard, with its pubs, shops, and restaurants, is an easy 15/20 minute walk.

The site is set in quiet countryside, but it’s an easy drive off the A40 so that it’s decidedly simple to get to an abundant amount of north Pembrokeshires’ attractions and activities.

Our yurts are traditional yurts imported from Mongolia. They have proper beds and sleep up to 6 in a double bed, 2 single beds and 2 camping beds (for parties of 6). Only 4 adults are permitted in each yurt so for larger parties you may need to book 2 separate yurts or the camping pod. Your beds will be made up for your arrival.

There is mains electricity for power and lighting and a log burner for heat. Each yurt has a fully equipped cabin kitchen for your exclusive use. There is also a garden area with fire pit, picnic bench and hammock. Parking for 2 cars is provided alongside the yurt. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are permitted. Wood for camp fire and log burner included for 1 night.

We are dog friendly and allow 2 dogs in all accommodation – so your four legged friends don’t have to miss out on the family holiday.

Great weekend even though weather was changeable. The yurt was great having zero experience of them. All the things you try and remember to bring camping (50ps for shower, loo roll etc) aren't required as they are all supplied - even tea and coffee which makes life really easy. Good facilities and really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast at Mannings and dinner in Peppers (both Fishguard) and trips to St Davids, Porthgain and Abereiddy with fish and Chips from Somethings Cooking, Letterston, of course. And a trip to Newgale for a great beach.

"Yurt"

Mrs K Edwards - Stayed with family, Aug 2019

Stayed in a yurt for the week. Very happy with the yurt and the facilities. Nice touches such as washing up liquid, marshmallows (for the fire) etc provided. Only thing missing was a washing line for beach towels etc. Have already recommended to friends 😀

Site is well maintained and looks nice. View from yurt kitchen area was fantastic looking out across the fields over to Fishguard. Surrounding area is great. We had a great stay and would most definitely stay again in the future

We stayed in one of the yurts, seren, and were very smug that we had the “best” yurt - it was the most private and had a huge garden, not overlooked at all. Not to say the other yurts aren’t as good, they are all lovely, but we really appreciated the extra space and privacy. The yurt itself is fab, clean, much more spacious than expected and beautifully decorated. The beds were clean and comfy, and it was set up with everything we needed. There is a kitchen shack attached with fridge, microwave, kettle and hob plus all the bits and pieces you need to cook. There is plenty of seating outside, including two hammocks. Fires are not only allowed but actively encouraged - it was great to go on a night time trip to the (very clean and well stocked) bathrooms and see everyone sitting round their fires. We got the wood burner in the yurt going too. Made it a bit hot to be honest, so had to have the door open too, but hey ho. And one of the best things about a lovely site was how genuine dog friendly it is. Well behaved dogs don’t need to be tethered at all times which made it much more fun for our very well behaved terrier. Fishguard is only 5 minutes away in the car, and there are plenty of beaches and walks nearby. The lovely camp owners were on hand to recommend (and loan maps). The beach at Newport, and golden lion pub, were excellent. We had a wonderful holiday, I would really recommend it.

Had been before when it was Gwaun Valley and there has been a lot of improvements since the new owners have taken over. Tregroes is a very lovely, clean and friendly site. The owners are lovely and helpful, they tell you what's around, best places to have food and what buses that stop near the site and places to visit. Will recommend Tregroes caravan, camping and glamping to others.
