Welcombe Meadow is set in a small meadow with fantastic views across the Devon countryside. Based on Welcombe Farm, you can explore 27 acres, with woodland, a plantation and the Wobbly Bridge - built especially for the site. Although secluded and peaceful, the tents are only a five minute walk from the local village, with two great pubs and a terrific village shop.

The tents, Taw and Torridge, are named after two local rivers and sleep up to six in each they are fitted out for a luxurious stay. Leather sofas, wood burning stoves, electric blankets and your very own toilet pod and en-suite shower- just a few of the things you can expect.

Take time out to sit back and relax in style, enjoying great countryside views and fabulous places to discover across North Devon.

The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, with on demand hot water. There are electrical sockets around the tent and wi-fi available if required. The tent can sleep up to six with a double bedroom, a twin single and sleeping cabin, for a unique sleeping experience. Sheets, duvets and pillows are all provided, each room has storage for clothes. Electrical sockets are in each room for the essential hair dryer.

Each tent has great facilities for cooking, use the BBQ, hire out the pizza oven or try out a huge range of fabulous eating spots - from local pubs to superb restaurants and quirky spots.

For the ultimate dining experience, relax while a local chef cooks for you in your safari tent.

Take time just to snuggle up on the huge sofa and enjoy the wood burning range.

North Devon, has some great beaches, from the huge expanses of Woolacombe and Saunton to the secret coves, hidden between the cliffs. With so many beaches, there's something for everybody. Step out of the car onto the beach or walk a little further explore a secret cove.

Don't think that glamping isn't just for the summer - discover amazing autumnal colours; see the first spring flowers and enjoy frosty mornings.
