The honesty shop makes it easy to stay onsite and relax with a coffee. Order your fresh eggs, patties, bread and more for the next morning and it’s waiting at the honesty shop. Quiet policy from 10pm means it’s easy to settle excited young ones and enjoy the rustle of the trips and the wild rabbits hopping around your tent and the sheep in a nearby field. A short drive to battle and Hastings, BexHill On Sea and more. The family that own the site are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

"Our favourite camp site"

Although it seems the busiest it’s ever been, it didn’t effect our trip. We always camp in the en-suite pitches which are great with big clean showers and fantastic water pressure. There is a really authentic family run feel to the site which we love. Honesty shop is well stocked and very popular with the kids. The only downside to camping here is that the children never want to leave so we don’t get to go out on day trips and tend to spend the day relaxing around camp while the kids play which is just perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

What a cracking find. Really well maintained campsite with loads of facilities. The bell tent was so comfortable and we particularly liked the clean private loo and shower. Very good value too.

Lovely campsite Vip bell tent was lovely and the bathroom was a luxury and spotless The crockery and cutlery provided was dirty on arrival and not enough for the four of us provided but they gave us more cutlery when we asked and we washed dishes before eating but maybe this could go on the checklist of things to check when cleaning, this did not detract from how lovely our stay was and how friendly the owners were! The honesty shop is a fantastic idea and the taco truck for first night food was fabulous Overall a lovely campsite very friendly x x We will be back most definitely x x

"Great facilities"

Mr P Johnson - Stayed with family, Apr 2022

The Bell Tents are very nice and big. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were great. Being given all of your bedding along with cutlery/crockery and your own BBQ with decking and furniture is fantastic.

Debs and Jules have got it just right with pitches, bell tents and cabins alike. The surrounding area has copious amounts of walks and the woodland that surrounds the site is gorgeous, especially at this time with all the bluebells. Definitely recommend ordering the breakfast hamper - if you don’t, at least get some of the local bacon & sausages for the BBQ (supplied). The VIP bell tent was gorgeous and perfect for a girlie weekend away with my sister, I really can’t fault this place at all and will definitely be back with hubby and tent this time!
