Just minutes from the historical naval town of Dartmouth and close to the Start Bay coastline, Oak Tree Lodge sits in the hamlet of Ash where it enjoys pleasant country views. It's close to Blackpool Sands and Slapton, offering a beach holiday in a countryside setting.

The accommodation is on two levels and is ideal for families or couples looking for a peaceful rural retreat close to Dartmouth and the stunning Start Bay coastline. The living area on the ground floor level includes a fully fitted kitchen, shower room with sink and WC, small dining table and a lounge area where the sofa converts into a queen size bed. There is also a full fixed king size double bed, concealed by a privacy curtain.

Up the spiral staircase is another double bed and a quirky 'Kids Only' den - accessed by a push along wooden car - that's complete with an Xbox and various games.

Outside, adjacent to the dwelling is a open sided wooden lodge that is perfect for under cover alfresco dining and as an additional space. This has a fire globe and plenty of seating for relaxing and taking in the beautiful countryside views.
