The perfect bolthole for 2 looking to explore the Wye Valley. Located in a remote riverside setting in rural Herefordshire, our fully equipped Shepherds Hut, featuring a super king sized bed, a log-burner and an outdoor firepit, offers the ultimate glamping experience. Cosy up by the open fire, dine alfresco and enjoy the great outdoors!
Our Shepherds Hut, along with our tipis, is set among the ancient oak trees at our picture-perfect riverside location within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. No trip to the Wye Valley is complete without an excursion on the River Wye, and our sweeping gravel beach offers a great spot for launching/landing your canoe.
We provide all that you need - just bring food, drink & towels. The Shepherds Hut can be booked alone or in combination with our tipis.
Within the Shepherds Hut you will find, Kitchenware (crockery, cutlery, pots/pans, utensils, kettle, tea/coffee/sugar, small gas stove, chopping board, water dispenser, washing up bowl/liquid/sponge/tea-towel) Bedding (super king sized sofa bed, duvet, pillows, blanket, cushions, bed linen) Firewood (1 bag of firewood per night (additional bags available to buy onsite), kindling, charcoal, matches & flamers) and Campfire 91 firepit with removable BBQ grill)
You will have your own, private communal space complete with outdoor seating and a firepit with removable BBQ grill for cooking over. Toilet & Shower blocks are shared, as well as the washing up station.
There is no electricity onsite - consider this a digital detox!
