So many of our guests tell us about how great it feels to sleep in the round space that our yurts offer so we stepped it up with creating a get away in our most stylish accommodation yet.

The Roundhouse fits perfectly within its surroundings with flowering grass roof and magnified central star gazing cap. It has a quirky, contemporary interior that contrasts with our humble countryside setting. Expect high-end luxury with hand chosen industrial chic fixtures and fittings, sumptuous fabrics, underfloor heating and cosy wood-burner. The luxury fittings extend to the stylish, fully incorporated luxury en suite bathroom.

Tucked away from the main site in your own private garden you’ll find a beautiful round wood-fired hot tub, fire-bowl and fully functioning alfresco supper kitchen.

Guests staying in the Roundhouse can kick back in their own private area or are still able to access the community spirit of East Thorne and its facilities, such our ‘Rub Hub’ treatment room (seasonal), communal camp fire and outdoor pizza oven.

Venturing further from The Roundhouse (which people rarely do), just a few miles away is the beautiful coastal resort of Bude. There are a number of beautiful beaches and coastal path within easy reach to explore and some lovely places to sit, eat and watch the sun set with a nice glass of vino.
