However, it was badly organised and the staff not prepared or informed enough of what was happening. There were no ‘hot chocolate & donuts on arrival’ as advertised. They appeared later on but no donuts left. I was not told when they would be served or where because the staff didn’t know. There was no planned structure of the evening apart from fireworks stating at 7:30. I was told movie started at 8. It started at 6 and we missed the beginning, missed the start of the fireworks. We nearly missed the hot chocolate & donuts( we were kindly given tray bakes instead of donuts) as the staff couldn’t give me correct indication of when and where they were being served. For paying £120 for overnight glamping and these extras it was disappointing in nearly missing out on the movie & refreshments that were included in the price. The cost of chips was also disappointing. 2 coffee cups 2/3 filled with chips for £3.50 each! The fireworks were great, and hopefully it will be better organised and planned next year as it could be a really great evening.

"Some improvements needed"

A Quigley - Stayed with family, Aug 2019

We were very happy with our stay in the pods at let‘s go hydro. As it is all new, I would hope that some areas would be improved with time. For booking, it would be so very helpful to have pictures or further info about the camping options. We wanted to know the layout... We were very happy with our stay in the pods at let‘s go hydro. As it is all new, I would hope that some areas would be improved with time. For booking, it would be so very helpful to have pictures or further info about the camping options. We wanted to know the layout of the pods, where beds were and what facilities they had, heating, electricity, kettle? Also, on arriving some more info would be appreciated. We only discovered the heating in the pod by accident and it was unneccesarily running! I‘m also still not sure if the kitchen facilities in the glass dome are for all camper‘s use? And if so, it would be great if it was waterproof! For returning, I think continuing as started by offering activities included in the stay would encourage us to return. Especially with kids, they would love to spend more than one session in the paddle pool, but not neccesarily of an hour each. They did enjoy the play park I have to say.

We stayed one night and did the water park. Kids had a great time as well as the adults in the water park. Pods were clean and comfortable.
