It is a lovely place, was just very hot inside the cabin, and garden could do with a little TLC, but overall, really nice and peaceful.

The accommodation excellent and had everything you could need for a short break in a beautifully peaceful location! The hot tub was very relaxing after a day at Burton Bradstock beach where we had a lovely lunch at the Hive Beach Cafe with views straight out to sea. We would highly recommend this cafe with excellent service and gorgeous food. We have stayed at The Dorset Hideaway before 2 years ago in a Yurt which we would also highly recommend as well. The communal kitchen had everything you could need and an excellent touch to have your own bathroom for your sole use. The Dorset hideaway has friendly staff on hand to help if you need it but otherwise they will happily leave you to your own peaceful break. We will certainly return again and would highly recommend The Dorset Hideaway for a peaceful break in a beautiful part of Dorset!

"Another fantastic stay in the Lookout Cabin"

Ms K Morgan-Davies - Stayed with partner, May 2023

We love staying in The Lookout Cabin. Its always spotlessly clean, and has everything we need. The card, chocolates and wild flower arrangement were a lovely surprise for being returning guests, thank you. The hot tub is great and providing robes and Prosecco glasses... The card, chocolates and wild flower arrangement were a lovely surprise for being returning guests, thank you. The hot tub is great and providing robes and Prosecco glasses is very thoughtful. The Dorset Hideaway is in beautiful countryside but still close enough to the coast for us to make the most of some of our favourite places. Dorset as a county has so much to offer, we will definitely be back.

I stayed with my girlfriend at the Lookout Cabin and it was an absolute dream. The staff were so helpful with any requests I had. They were super polite and friendly! The hamper food was delicious also. The Cabin itself is absolutely beautiful and spacious enough that it doesn't feel cramped but still has that cosy feeling to it. There is plenty of space to enjoy in the cabin. The bed is so comfortable that it might just be the best night's sleep I've had in years. The cabin has a TV and sky box but also has a DVD player so you can bring your own movies to enjoy. Also a speaker/radio of you're in to music or board games to enjoy. The owners have done a great job of providing certain bits so that if you do forget to bring your own entertainment, you still have some things there. The kitchen and bathroom are lovely and spotless. The cabin has a real luxurious feel to it. The hot tub is situated in the perfect location right at the end of the

Loved The Lookout Cabin. It's compact but we had everything we needed. The bathroom is beautifully finished. Having a hot tub is pure luxury. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful site, experience marred by poor planning and communication
