The thing that stands out to me is the helpful friendly staff. They are a credit to you. The facility are very clean. A clearly marked first aid station is needed. The only change I would make is a facility for a late check out. When at a canoe competition that finishes in the evening it is very difficult to be out for 11 . I would of been happy to pay an extra fee for this. The hospitality staff that where waiting for us to leave where understanding of this but I'm sure it made their job very difficult. Will stay here again. Caroline

Stayed for 2 nights at let's go hydro - so easy to find and the location was fantastic! When we arrived it wasn't clear that we needed to go to the clubhouse and the staff at the entry to the park were not very helpful. When we found the clubhouse the staff again weren't the most helpful a young man said well you can't check in til 3 we arrived at 2.40 then he quickly walked off muttering something and when he returned he said our cabin was actually ready so no need for the first comment - the guy pointed at where we were staying and didn't offer any orientation or hints/tips where the kitchen facility was or the loos or cooking arrangements - all of this would have made the intro so much warmer and would have made us feel welcome and well looked after. My husband's only criticism was no onsite / close to pod parking The kids absolutely loved the puddle park and the freedom of being outside the site was so secure and huge the cleanest site our family has ever been on Families around us were friendly and the boys played outside even in the rain with their wellies and puddle suits - they loved having BBQ and toasting marshmallows A family close to us had a projector and played a movie against the shared kitchen wall which was such a treat for all the kids who were invited by the lovely Enniskillen family (thank you) We will def return value for money was excellent with our park access included in our stay x Very small amendments would make this place amazing!!!

Has potential but would say it's a bit of a work in progress... toilets not all working...no showers available in hedged village Should be nice when finished but you need to sort out the phone line.. believe it's a phone in an empty office.
