I am.disbled and could not.fish for the.first 3 days. The decking.eas very slippy and it was dangerous to walk on..Maybe the campsite can consider putting some glued down sand on.the decking.(Swallowd hide). Accusation was very good and We had no other complainys

On arrival staff were very friendly and eager to help in any way they could. Our Safari was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We did fishing from our decking but kept getting the fishing line caught in the bush because it was a bit over grown, the food was delicious but the menu could do with some vegetables on it, apart from that we had a fantastic relaxing break with family and we would definitely be returning.

The only draw back we had was there were no curtains up at the new windows, this did not provide the cosiness of the log burner in the evenings. The only draw back we had was there were no curtains up at the new windows, this did not provide the cosiness of the log burner in the evenings. Also we could not use the safe as the last occupants closed it, we asked for it to be fixed and no one came out to deal with it. So on our long walks we had to take personal belongings which would of been better kept in the safe. Apart from that a very enjoyable weekend break.

I stayed at Sumners in the Safari Tent with my two sons, aged 8 and 9, for 3 nights in February; despite storm Dennis deciding to show itself, we had a great time, involving some fishing, camping (more like glamping!), and walking. A lovely spot to spend some time at, and we were particularly surprised at how good the food at the café was - it also became a much needed warm haven for us during strong winds and rain which as far as my boys were concerned, simply added to the 'thrill factor'! We look forward to coming again. It was also great to be able to use a shower/toilet block which was well maintained and clean!
