Overall we were happy with the accommodation and facilities. The premium lodge is well designed and is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside! We used the hot tub but did not have the weather for the BBQ. The welcome was not very welcoming. I feel that more information and some excitement from the staff could have been useful. For the price, I would have expected the lodge to be spotlessly clean - there were quite a few cob webs and all of the kitchenware required cleaning before use. I think a mat inside the lodge would have helped as the floors became slippery and dirty quickly. The cooking utensils were old, damaged and not adequate if you planned on cooking lots of meals. We enjoyed meals out and takeaways and cooked breakfast each morning. Internet would have been good. The shower was a bit hit and miss.Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay and I feel that the issues above need correcting to bring the accommodation in line with the price.

We stayed in the beach lodge, on arrival it looked so pretty all lit up. Inside the lodge was nice, good use of space. The camp site had thought of everything we needed to use! The hot tub was a highlight of our stay. The only thing that put me off was when we saw a few bugs on the beds. The lodge could have done with a clean before we came. The park is perfect but it was raining when we came and you can’t access this as it’s over long wet grass. Maybe a path or stepping stones leading to the park would have made it great.

Very clean lodge had everything we needed

We stayed in a premium lodge with hot tub. On arrival the lodge was very clean and had been decorated with Christmas tree and decorations which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a short break. The hot tub was great and really made the break. We had an issue with the heater but this was quickly resolved. We’ve already booked for next year Drawbacks: The only table is the one which converts to a bed which can be a bit of a pain. A coffee table in the living area would’ve been useful,There is no wifi which could be a drawback for some. Some tv channels wouldn’t work without wifi.The decking area could do with a power wash as it was really slippy.

Was amazing place to find to stay for two nights! Me and my partner found it very clean! Very private!

As a regular customer we wanted stay one more extra night .but was told we coudnt due to our anniversary celebration went very wrong and terrible the night we came .knowing we were being watched by some person .on the Thursday we came .we go out of hot tub at night knowing we was watched by a random guy sitting on tree at bk of lodge .my partner was shaking got scared .there was no one to get hold of the the office.or no security at all .your phones were shut down and was not 24 hr .very disappointed as we had to call the police at 2am in morning .no one came for our help until the police arrived .very disappointed that we had to lock all doors .was scary knowing how many could of got into our lodge .we did not enjoy our weekend away .knowing the staff man at ridding didn’t take a notice of it.he was being very horrid and rude to us .i didn’t expect this at all our anniversary weekend away was ruined . We had no apology and also not another day to stay at ridding.worst ever experience

Very clean, warm, very nice hot tub

We loved our stay here! The park is located close to towns and villages so lots of resturaunt, pub and takeaway/delivery options. Lots of options for local walks and scenery! The lodge itself was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub and the facilities available inside the lodge. It was a lovely peaceful stay that I would recommend to anyone!

Nice welcome from owners, only thing that let it down was no brush to clear walk way for hot tub also when put blind down at night, can see loads of cobwebs and hand marksOther than that amazing I'd defo be back already visited your self 4/5, times

Accommodation good inside with all the amenities, slight issue with somethings damaged and broken , outside area could be better maintained especially with tree leaves falling. Decking was slippery so better cleaning regime and mats needed. May be patio heaters could help especially on colder days. Problem with condensation is an issue this time of year and with the electrics but overall good standard. Pricing could be adjusted to off peak periods.
