Otter's Nest at Hobby Farm sits near the edge of the lake in the spacious site that has 9 adult-only, dog-friendly, pitches. It is a 10-minute drive from Char.mouth and 15 to Lyme Regis and West Bay

There are numerous walking paths to the beach at Charmouth from the site and there is a pub a five-minute stroll away.

As an adults-only camp site with a low-key atmosphere, this pretty place is wondrously peaceful and there is an abundance of wildlife all around with horses grazing in nearby fields, ducklings and otters on the pond and even a nearby badgers' set.

The site’s also a 10-minute drive to the famous fossil beach in Charmouth (for dinosaur bone hunting) and footpaths connecting to the coast from here mean you can roam on down through the green countryside in about an hour and a quarter.

For beaches with a bit of bustle, West Bay and Lyme Regis’ restaurants, bars and boutiques are less than a 10-minute drive, and if guests are hankering after eats closer by a pub serving grub is about a five-minute walk up the lane. A supermarket’s less than a 15-minute drive for alfresco cooking on hol as barbecues are allowed back on base...

The bathroom and washing facilities are shared with the campsite pitches which are very modern and spacious and you'll wake up to the sounds of birds and distant church bells ringing on a Sunday morning - bliss!
