Set on the West Coast of Cumbria on the edge of the Lake District. Moorside Glamping Pods are based on a working farm situated on an elevated position with striking views of the Cumbria Coast and the dramatic fells. During your visit why not meet the horses, ponies and the cattle. Take the opportunity to feed the calves or groom a pony. Andrew and Sarah are always happy to give a farm tour around their traditional working farm.
Our Pods are Mega Pods from the Lune Valley Pod range, which are perfectly designed for couple’s weekends away and family stays.
All pods are fully insulated with underfloor heating. Each pod contains a bathroom suite with shower, toilet and vanity sink, handmade kitchen with under counter fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, induction hob, belfast sink and basic kitchen ware. The pods also have blue tooth speaker systems, TV, table and chairs, double bed, sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults), patio area with barbeque area, picnic table and parking.
We are pet friendly (we will accept more than 3 dogs by request) and facilities are available to fetch your own horse.
Check in is after 3pm and check out by 10am.

Stayed for 2 nights with our kids and dog. The owners are lovely and really helpful. Sarah showed my kids around and took them to meet the animals. We had forgotten our dogs lead and sarah kindly lent us one. The area is beautiful, we went on the ravenglass railway... Stayed for 2 nights with our kids and dog. The owners are lovely and really helpful. Sarah showed my kids around and took them to meet the animals. We had forgotten our dogs lead and sarah kindly lent us one. The area is beautiful, we went on the ravenglass railway and walked up to the waterfall. One thing to note is we had no internet access at all, not a big problem but we hadn’t told our parents we were going away as it was last minute booking so we had to drive out 30 mins to get phone reception!

A wonderful little place to stay with views of the moors and then the sea. A fully equipped pod with a warm comfy bed. A lovely surprise to have a welcome basket.
