Welcome to the tranquillity of Barsham and the big skies of Suffolk. A small working farm, with laying chickens, sheep and cows.

We have two luxurious lodges (Chaffinch & Goldfinch) each sleeping up to 8 people. Each lodge has a double bed in the master room, a bunkroom and a custom made ‘cabin’ double bed which has doors opening into the living room and the bunkroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area. A cot bed is available on request for younger children.

Each lodge has its own flush away toilet and shower. Each lodge is also fully equipped with electric sockets, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and wood burning stove, hot running water, electric sockets and wood burning cooker complimented with an electric stove.

Our tented lodges are based around African safari tents, perfect for families to get close to nature. With all the comfort of a permanent structure, but the lodges preserve the romance and atmosphere of a tent. The lodges are very comfortable and include everything required to make your stay extra special.

If you would like to really put your feet up, why don't you order a stew on arrival or have a full English breakfast delivered to your door. Each tent has its own BBQ which can also be used as a fire pit, a fantastic way to pass a evening sitting around the fire and watching the sunsets and stars of our big skies.

This site is ideal for group or family gatherings

You will delight in the space, fresh air and seeing how a working farm works. This is a time to get away from all things modern and resort back to nature.
