After following your page on Facebook I have wanted to come and visit with my tent to camp. However the year has got away from me and the summer had passed. I then noticed your lovely pods and decided to come with my teen daughter for a break. She is very anxious about the current situation but she felt safe at the park as the cleanliness and procedures were excellent. The pod was very clever and suited us perfectly. There was an issue with a small part of the bathroom but a member of staff came and looked and sorted it very quickly. They are always so friendly. A great location and will definitely be back in the summer.

Fantastic campsite with fantastic staff. I will definitely be rebooking when I visit the area again. The only downside is no parking for visiting guests (we have family and friends in the area) , there is only spots to park for 20 mins and not really anywhere to park... Fantastic campsite with fantastic staff. I will definitely be rebooking when I visit the area again. The only downside is no parking for visiting guests (we have family and friends in the area) , there is only spots to park for 20 mins and not really anywhere to park for guests without risking taking someone else's pitch/spot! That is the only downside to this site, other than than absolutely perfect :)

We stayed in a family pod lodge which was very cosy. The only problem was the bad design of the cupboard above the fridge. My partner hit his head on this twice in our week stay. We had pizza on the Saturday night which was very good! All staff were very friendly.... We stayed in a family pod lodge which was very cosy. Two of us tayed in pod that sleeps 4....I thought the size of the pod was ideal, I wouldn’t have liked to stay in anything smaller. The decking patio is great...we like to cook a evening meal and we were able to sit outside until the sunset as the weather was lovely. The only downsides are. There is no kitchen workspace or oven. Everything has to be done on top of the small glass hob lid. There is no draining board or drainer .....only the glass hob lid. We bought a tray and used that because all the water run into the sunken hob. Also there is no indoor table and chairs if it’s wet outside. Overall a lovely stay...but not ideal to selfcater.

We have stayed at Higher Moor Campsite 3 times previously in our campervan and have always found the site to be first class. The staff are helpful and friendly, the toilets and showers spotlessly clean , good sized pitches, and the whole site is well kept and cared for. This year we decided to hire one of the camping pods and would happily do the same again. They are quite cosy but had everything we needed. Having our own private bathroom and kitchen was a real treat and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the decking eating our breakfast and also enjoying the warm evening sun. The site isn’t far from the main road so it’s very easy to get into Weymouth or further afield. We used the free park & ride where you can either get the bus into town or walk through the nature reserve down to the seafront. There are some lovely coastal walks in the area and a visit to Portland is also a must. We can’t wait to come back to Higher Moor Farm campsite.

The camping pods are a really good choice for someone who doesn't wish to stay in a tent and doesn't have a caravan. The best of both worlds. Some of the freedom of camping....but with a comfy double bed. It was especially nice to be able to sit outside in the evening... We came across this beautiful campsite when we accidentally put the wrong amount of people down in the search engine....we then looked into it via their own website and HAD to book it. It was excellent value for money. We as a family of two adult ands two children under 10 were super excited to stay in our first pod. The camp site was super easy to find...the staff were super friendly from the first moment we spoke to them the smiles were sincere. When we arrived at our pod for the next five days we were not disappointed the little touches were amazing. The childrens play are qas fab and the pizza van looked amazing. The farm shop was well stocked and super. Thanks for the great stay. We booked up for the next break while we were there.
