We had no heating or water for 3/4 days we stayed and it was freezing. If we had been given updates or even an email of apologies that would of been appreciated but we heard nothing from no one. My hat off to the maintenance guys as they worked their socks off trying to get things back up and running. Wouldn't stay in winter time again but do love the place.

Lodge was beautiful. Could do with a bit of maintenance. Hot tub was under the trees and kept filling up with leaves and debris which we had to keep cleaning out.

The park is situated in a beautiful area and the views from the accommodation are stunning. The park was quiet and we were able to enjoy plenty of wildlife. We booked a 2 bedroom Darcy Lodge and were allocated a 3 bedroom lodge on arrival. The website advertises "Luxury hot tub holidays" and Luxury lodges. Unfortunately the lodge was not luxurious. With no promised dishwasher, poor decking and miss matched furniture the lodge was disappointing. When i emailed regarding the dishwasher and decking I was informed that the lodge was recently fully refurbished and unfortunately the dishwasher was missed out of the kitchen re-fit.
