You like the idea of camping, but you don’t have the kit… and you’re not sure you’re really an ‘outdoorsy’ kind of person. Seeking a few creature comforts? Perhaps a little luxury? Glamping in the Cotswolds might be just for you!

Our Moroccan-themed glamping tents at Cotswold Farm Park offer a great introduction for those new to camping, or anyone who likes the idea of travelling light and letting someone else worry about breakfast for a change…

Our 6 new Glamping Tents can sleep up to 4 people each. Each glamping tent consisting of 1 king size bed as standard and 2 single mattresses as an optional extra. Please advise what combination of beds you require during the booking process. Fresh bedding is included, you just need to bring along your own towels.

The Glamping tents have lighting and electric points. A full-length mirror, clothes rail and privacy screen are also included.

There is a communal kitchen tent in the glamping area with crockery and cutlery, where a continental breakfast is available each morning. Each Glamping Tent has outdoor seating and a BBQ that will be yours to use for the duration of your stay – fresh meat is available from the Farm Park shop.

Our glampers also have access to the newly-renovated campsite washroom facilities.

Adam Henson of Countryfile's Cotswold Farm Park offers a unique Cotswold glamping experience to visit an infamous farm and enjoy a complete countryside experience as well as a fun filled stay!

As a special offer to all of our campers, an entrance pass to the Farm Park can be purchased at the day rate and then re-used free of charge for the duration of your booking.

"If only the weather had been dry"

The site is perfect in every way but you do need dry weather to appreciate it all and what the surrounding area have to offer. I was glamping. The lovely glamping tents were fine except for being rather dark inside. This may not have been an issue if I had been able to spend most of the day outside. A food cage for non-fridge items would have ben useful as defence against the mice. The list of 'what's included' should be accurate to save unnecessary inconvenience. There were no tea towels nor a washing up bowl, however there was a water carrier and a tray (for something??) and fortunately a heater. Thank you for putting it on in advance of my arrival!!

Despite poor weather, there was plenty to engage us, particularly the children, for a day and a half. Early evening meal for the family in the cafe/bar was good and service excellent. Well done the staff.

"Breakfast"

Mrs H Daff - Stayed with family, May 2019

We had a lovely time here in the glamping tent. The only criticism we had is the cafe didn't open for breakfast until 9am. It would have been a lot more convenient if it was open from 7am. We did enjoy our stay though.

"One of the best farm parks we've seen"

Everything here feels well organized and thought through, from the layout of the park, and animal handling. You can easily spend a whole day or more in the park, an indoor and outdoor playground for crawlers and toddlers, trampoline-like pillow one for less than 6, and one for older than 6,... You can hold a chick in your hand, a rabbit on your lap, feed milk bottles to the lambs and kids, watch how they melk a cow (and try it yourself on a model cow later on), and sheer the sheep. Have a good breakfast, lunch or dinner at the OxShed. Take a look through the shop while your kids play with the toy kitchen/trains/tool shop. Take a nature walk from the campground, where you can stay in your own tent or trailer, or a glamping pod, which we did, perfect if you like camping, but couldn't bring your own equipment.

We decided on a short break glamping experience with our 4 year old daughter and Cotswold Farm Park seemed the perfect setting. With access to the farm park throughout our stay we didn't stop til we dropped!! The tents were very clean, well organised, well equipped, in a great location and had very comfortable beds! (definitely more to my liking than a standard tent!!). The only negative we could think of was that our tent didn't have coat hooks, as stated on the list of things provided. Thankfully we had lovely weather, but if it was rainy these would have come in very handy. Can't wait to come back.
