The pod was toasty warm and super comfortable. The setting was beautiful. The shower facilities were impeccable and the grounds were lovely. There was a cleverly thought out campers kitchen where for 50p you could use the hob for 20 mins. There was also toasters, kettles and microwaves and tables for families to eat. When we arrived it was raining, rather than cook outside the pod, we all walked up to the CK and cooked our dinner, ate in a warm inviting room and washed up on site. Keswick is not far at all. We had a wonderful stay and intend to return.

Would stay here again as the bathroom facilities are excellent. I did note this time some little issues. The beds in the pods had hair in them from previous occupants in both the double and kids beds, which we removed. And also above the kids bunk bed there were a group of dead flies and a few cobwebs which was a little off putting. Nothing a hoover wouldn’t sort. Otherwise all was good.

"Long weekend"

Ms A Done - Stayed with friends, Sep 2018

Excellent site, second time I have stayed here and enjoyed it's much as the first Only grumble was that the invite restaurant was nit serving food during our stay. But a minor issue as there are many excellent restaurants in nearby Keswick.
