The Ceridwen Centre is in an area that’s known as the Teifi Valley which is one of Wales’ best kept secrets; visitors to our glampsite here will discover here a land of ancient language and traditions, of legends and kings, with lush countryside and rugged hills steeped in history, bustling market towns and country villages built beside the Teifi.
The Afon Teifi is the longest river which flows entirely within Wales, starting as a trickle in desolate mossy moorlands and entering Cardigan Bay seventy-five glorious miles later.
For the adventurous, there are outdoor pursuits to follow. For others a relaxing stroll by the water or taking in the stunning views may be enough to make their perfect holiday in South Wales.
Excellent local produce – from sea, river and land – can be sampled in the area’s hostelries and restaurants. You’ll find a wide range of arts and crafts, galleries and studios throughout the valley and a warm welcome in one of the many and varied cottages, tipis, farmhouses, yurts, gypsy wagons or cabins available in the valley for glamping in Wales!
Glamp it up in our new wooden, super- insulated, Eco Pod- Caban Bach. Hand built on the Farm incorporating recycled materials, sleeping 2 adults in a large double bed that converts to a table and bench seats.
Come to stay as a couple or take advantage of the privacy and extra accommodation it provides when hiring Ceridwen or other accommodation for other friends or family on site. It has built in basic cooking facilities, with a 2-ring gas camping stove, all cooking equipment, sink and small fridge. A BBQ is situated outside. There is a hand-built eco-loo shepherds’ hut within a very short distance with two female loos and a female shower, one male loo and male shower and a urinal. There are also two conventional loos and showers down in the farmyard (Old Dairy).
